Jaguars Have Fired Head Coach Doug Pederson, GM Trent Baalke to Stay

After a poor 4-13 record, the Jacksonville Jaguars have decided to make a major change for their future. Head coach Doug Pederson has been relieved of his duties, while general manager Trent Baalke is set to be retained.

Ian Rapoport reported in the firing, stating, "GM Trent Baalke sticks in Jacksonville, while Doug Pederson is out.
