Throughout an artist's career, problems can arise during filming, either because of tense situations between the performers or because of the conditions in which the recording takes place, among others. Jennifer Lopez, a singer and actress who has made a name for herself in Hollywood, has been in the film industry for decades and, in her filmography, there is one movie that was a real challenge for her to finish.

It was during an interview with The Daily Beast, years after the film came to light, that Jennifer Lopez decided to share with the world how it all unfolded and what happened to consider the film one of the most controversial of her career on the big screen.

Which movie paralyzed Jennifer Lopez more than 20 years ago?

This is 'Enough', in which the American actress plays Slim, a young woman with hardly any income whose life changes when she meets Mitch, a successful businessman. Their relationship goes from strength to strength, until he begins to change his behaviour and show a violent nature that leads Slim to look for a way out.

Without specifying the exact reason, Lopez confessed that it was during that shoot that she had serious problems. "I felt like I didn't want to move. I don't want to talk. I don't want to do anything. I had a nervous breakdown," the singer said of 'Enough'.

Despite everything, Jennifer Lopez admitted that she took some time to reflect and chose to finish filming. "I didn't want people to think I was falling apart," the artist added. Despite her efforts, the film's box office run in 2002 was not a good one, with several negative reviews and barely $50 million in theaters.
