Jennifer Lopez reveals what her Christmas will look like after heartbreaking Ben Affleck divorce

After two years of marriage with Ben Affleck, Jennifer Lopez finds herself having to celebrate Christmas without him and the star has now revealed her plans for the holiday

Jennifer Lopez will be enjoying her Christmas holiday as a single woman following her painful divorce from Ben Affleck.

After tying the knot with the actor in Las Vegas in 2022 and organising another lavish ceremony for their friends and family in Georgia, Jennifer Lopez filed for divorce from Ben Affleck in a Los Angeles County court. The pair had been married for two years.

Since then, JLo has returned to the spotlight to promote her new movie titled Unstoppable. But with Christmas fast approaching, the On The Floor hitmaker is counting the days until she can be reunited with her loved ones, as she recently shared her plans and revealed who would be joining her for the holiday.

During a recent chat with People Magazine, the 55-year-old confirmed her New York-based sister Lynda and mother Guadalupe will be celebrating Christmas with herb in her Los Angeles home. The 55-year-old said: "It was a pretty intense year for me and I'm most looking forward to spending time with my kids and my family coming out from the East Coast."

She then added: "The holidays are such a special time for us and they've always been since I was a little girl. And I really look forward to those moments when I can be with my sisters and just relax and have fun and create new memories."

"We don’t get to see each other all year. So we kind of catch up on what everybody’s doing and how life is. It’s just a beautiful time. I really enjoy it." Jennifer then disclosed: "I love all of the decorations and the hot chocolate and the music and the food, and I'm one of those people who really tries to make it out of a storybook for my kids with all of those things. I'm a sucker for the holidays."

But in the midst of her celebrations and her divorce from Ben, who offered a blunt response about her in a recent interview, Jennifer has also been called out by fans for her connection to ex-boyfriend Sean "Diddy" Combs.

The pair dated for two years, from 1999 to 2001 and since the mogul's arrest in September, Jennifer has refused to comment on her ex's legal battles but some perseverant fans cornered her during an autograph signing event.

Jennifer was first ambushed with questions from fans about her recent divorce from Ben Affleck, and managed to sidestep discussing the heartbreaking split.

However, her relationship with Diddy was soon brought up, leading the star to exit the event. According to reports, a fan approached the Hustlers star and asked, “JLo, do you have any comments about Diddy and the allegations?” The singer allegedly stopped the signing and exited the venue.
