Jermaine Jenas' wife Ellie has opened up on the "incredibly hard" time she's had in the aftermath of the scandal which saw him dismissed from his BBC role.
She was reluctant to discuss the details of her marriage at the launch of her skin-care brand Preppy this week, but did discuss the "supportive" attitude he's had towards her business.
Jermaine explained at the time that he was unsure if his wife would forgive him for his online "cheating", and although the pair have been married for the past 13 years, Ellie arrived at her launch event without her wedding ring on.
She didn't confirm or deny whether the couple intend to move through their troubles and continue with their marriage, but she did state that her husband was "excited" over her launch, targeting skincare for teens and young people.
Ellie, who looked sensational at the event in croc effect knee high boots and a little black dress, stated: "It has been an incredibly hard and difficult time for myself and my family.

“My only focus has been on our children and building my brand Preppy." She reiterated to The Sun: "Now I just want to move forward. Naturally this has been hard for me but my only concern has been our children and that will not change.”
Ellie confirmed that the brand had been her passion project for the past three years and that she, like her husband, was "incredibly proud" of how it had turned out. "Jermaine is excited for the business and what it holds for me in the future. He has been supportive of me in this respect and as a working mum," she explained.
She and her business partner Steph Leggit have made a major breakthrough while working together on the brand, after securing partnerships with major retailers.
Ellie revealed that their products will be stocked with top brands in the New Year, with Steph having a background in buying for companies including Boots and Tesco.

She had the inspiration to start the business after noticing that her four children were swiping her skincare products and didn't have any designated, age-appropriate ones of their own.
"We’ve started with self-care because, for example, there is no deodorant for kids," she explained.
Ellie added that the children she shares with Jermaine have "loved" being "guinea pigs" for her products and their reactions have helped her hone them.
Meanwhile, it was her daughter who thought up the name for the brand, with its hashtag on TikTok having racked up over a billion views.
She met her business partner Steph through her husband, but only time will tell whether she and Jermaine will survive the recent storm.
Meanwhile, the former footballer has teased that he has landed a new job after ending his £190,000 a year role on Match of The Day.
Last month, he cryptically discussed "some exciting stuff" that he'd been working on, adding that he was "looking forward to getting back and talking about what I love most".
It is understood that he will continue as a TNT Sports commentator too.
