Joshua Jackson’s massive alleged monthly income was exposed as part of his bitter divorce war with his estranged wife, Jodie Turner-Smith, In Touch can exclusively report.

Jodie, 38, filed an income and expense declaration, obtained by In Touch, as part of her plea for child and spousal support from Joshua, 46. The actress claims that Joshua pulled in $2,351,765 in 2022, and she believes he earns around $195,000 a month in income.

Jodie said her average monthly income is around $87,500, but last month she pulled in over $245,000. She said she has $4,945 in cash or bank accounts and another $366,289 in stock/bonds or property she could easily sell.

The actress said her monthly expenses include $40,000 in rent, $509 for childcare, $1,800 on groceries, $2,612 on clothes, $3,291 on entertainment, $2,000 on auto expenses and another $6,000 to support family members.

To date, Jodie said she has spent over $412,000 on legal fees for the divorce that she paid with her personal funds.

In her motion, the actress said Joshua should pay her $8,543 per month in child support for their 4-year-old daughter, Juno Rose Jackson.

Jodie asked for another $28,641 per month in spousal support, until a final resolution in the divorce. Jodie also asked that the support be retroactive to October 2023, when she filed for divorce. In addition, Jodie asked for a lump sum payment of $250,000 to pay for her legal fees and to hire a forensic accountant in the case. In her initial petition, Jodie asked the court to terminate the right to collect spousal support for either party.

In a declaration, Jodie said, “During our marriage, Josh historically made more money than me and at times, significantly more.”

She said since the separation, “I have tried my best to keep the situation amicable and resolve the pending financial matters to take as much pressure off our daughter in the interim.”

She added, “However, Josh has paid me $0 in guideline child and/or spousal support since our separation. He has also made $0 contribution to my attorneys and forensic accountant fees.”

Jodie said, “I have done everything I can to meet Josh halfway on every issue, to no avail. All I have asked for since the inception of this matter is to be allowed to maintain the strong relationship between Juno and me while managing a full-time work scheduled to support our daughter and myself.”

Jodie accused Joshua of running up her legal bills in the case and has “made this dissolution far more difficult than necessary.” She claimed Joshua was unwilling to negotiation reasonable support, which led to her coming to court.

Jodie said that during their marriage, Joshua “accustomed” her to his lifestyle, which included luxury trips around the world. “We enjoyed all the amenities of the lifestyle of a global superstar and, of course, our daughter enjoyed these experiences.”

Jodie said Joshua asked her to leave their marital home after the breakup, despite contributing $800,000 to the down payment.

“I have since had to establish my residence based on where I am able to find work, more specifically, in London UK, for the last several months,” Jodie said. She said she had to take work presented to her to continue to support her and Juno.

“All I want is to be able to afford to purchase a home in Los Angeles and to support our daughter,” Jodie wrote. “Josh promised to always support me and ensured me that I would not have to worry about financial security for our daughter if we ever separated because he said he understood how difficult life can be as a Black woman and a single mother.”

“Now, he is reneging on that promise and using litigation tactics and delay to pressure me into agreeing to a settlement that is neither equitable nor has any legal foundation,” she said.

Joshua has yet to respond.
