Murphy Aficionado, a former employee of Kanye West, has filed a lawsuit against the rapper and entrepreneur, accusing him of inappropriate behavior, anti-Semitism and creating a hostile work environment.
According to the lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Aficionado, who worked as a project manager for Kanye, recounts highly uncomfortable and disturbing situations that occurred in November 2022 during what were supposed to be work meetings in a hotel room in Beverly Hills.
How the events occurred
Aficionado recounts that he arrived at the room, found Kanye shirtless, out of breath and with his pants unbuttoned. Bianca Censori,Kanye's then-girlfriend, was topless, with her hands barely covering her breasts, indicating that they had just had sex.
During the encounter, Kanye made anti-Semitic comments, referring to Candace Owens' former lawyer as a "Jewish spy," which made Aficionado uncomfortable.
The situation began when Kanye asked Aficionado to wait in the bedroom while he went to the other part of the room, where Bianca was. Before long, Aficionado heard "loud moaning and clapping" coming from the bedroom, which clearly indicated that the couple was having sex again.
Within ten minutes, Kanye returned to the room as if nothing had happened, sporting a t-shirt with a swastika on it, a symbol widely associated with Nazism, and asked Aficionado, "You don't like my shirt?"
But that wasn't all Aficionado suffered
Aficionado also recounts another incident where Kanye summoned him for a meeting at the hotel, this time with a famous NFL receiver, both wearing only towels as they prepared for massages.
Forced to wait uncomfortably, Fan heard moaning noises coming from the bedroom again, suggesting Kanye was having sex with the masseuse.
After Kanye left the room, the NFL receiver entered, and Fan had to endure more such noises.
Fan was fired in 2023 and was hit with a lawsuit alleging discrimination, hostile work environment, retaliation and failure to pay wages,
