Lauren Pisciotta, Kanye West’s former assistant who accused him of sexual assault, says she hasn’t been able to track the rapper down to serve him legal papers.
Pisciotta is now asking the court for permission to place an advertisement in the newspaper informing the former billionaire of the suit instead of having a server try to hunt him down. She also wants 60 more days to try and track down Ye.
Pisciotta, an Instagram influencer and former OnlyFans star, says the sexual harassment and stalking occurred while she worked for him in 2021-22.
She made several other astonishing claims, including that Ye wanted to sleep with his wife, Bianca Censori’s mother and that he promised to pay her a $4 million a year salary, bragged about it to Jay-Z, then wrongfully fired her and rescinded his $3 million severance payout offer.
Her lawsuit reportedly included lwed text messages sent to her from Ye.
One allegedly read, “I have a serious question. Be honest with me … is my d–k racist? Is it. This f-cking racist d-ck of mine. I going to beat this f-cking racist d-ck for being f-cking racist. I’m going to stare at pictures of white women with black a-ses and beat the sh-t out of my racist d-ck.”
