Kanye West’s Vultures album reached the top spot on Billboard in its first week, but according to Billboard…Ye has yet to pay the album’s producers.
“We have clients who’ve produced music on the Vultures album(s) and have still not been paid for their services even though both albums have been released,” music attorney Bob Celestin told the outlet.
Ye did not give producers written contracts detailing any payment information so it has been hard for the beatmakers to get any compensation.

You would think Ye would be more sensitive to this issue because he is a producer,” Celestin continued.
Vultures 1 debuted at number one on the US Billboard 200 and was Ye’s second-lowest first week sales with 148,000 album-equivalent units. In February, Billboard reported that the project earned close to 169 million on-demand streams in the United States making him more than $1 million.
Another attorney says the producers will have to sue the rapper.
