Katie Price 'petrified' after Junior and Princess make moves without her

Katie Price has opened up about her worries as a mum as she revealed her two eldest children – Junior Andre, 19, and Princess Andre, 17 – have started travelling to London

Katie Price has confessed to being "petrified" as her children Junior and Princess Andre take on new life adventures. Speaking on the Netmums podcast, the ex-glamour model shared that 19-year-old Junior has started driving to London while 17-year-old Princess has just begun her driving lessons.

The mum-of-five expressed her concerns about the dangers they face from other road users and the crime in London when they travel there alone. She said: "I get so scared now, even with the older ones like Junior and Princess, when they go to London, it's not them I worry about, it's other people, the crime that goes on, and that petrifies me.

"Now Junior is driving and I worry about other people on the road, and Princess is doing her driving test, and I'm like, 'oh my God, my little babies'. You never stop worrying about your kids."

Her anxiety about big cities influenced her decision to raise her family in the countryside, leading to her recent move to a four-bedroom house on the edge of a commuter town in Sussex.

This transition follows her departure from the infamous 8,000 sq ft Mucky Mansion in Dial Post, which she claimed in 2021 was "haunted" by a "grey lady" causing her sleepless nights.

Katie opened up about her parenting style, admitting she lets her children embrace country life to its fullest by going "a bit feral". She said: "I'm the type of mum that, if they want to go outside, and they just want to go outside in their pants in welly boots and jump in a muddy puddle, let them do it.

"If they want to enjoy and do that, like, well, I've always had horses and that, you know, and they're sitting in the hay or they're trying to eat the goats feed or the horse feed. I did all that as the kid and I just let them do it, you know, they want to push each other around in a wheelbarrow, let them do it, you know."

Katie has five children – Junior and Princess with former husband Peter Andre; Harvey, the eldest son, from her time with ex-footballer Dwight Yorke; and younger children Jett and Bunny with another ex-spouse, Kieran Hayler.
