Katie Price's mum and dad both rushed to hospital as she shares heartbreaking news

Katie Price has shared the distressing news that both of her parents have been hospitalised in the past month.

The ex-glamour model and mother of five revealed that her mother Amy, who was diagnosed with the terminal lung disease idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) in 2017, has had a tumultuous health journey. Despite receiving a lung transplant, Amy's health has fluctuated, leading to her being rushed to hospital in February due to a burst cyst.

During a TikTok Live session, Katie reassured fans that her mother is recovering but had spent three weeks in hospital. She also disclosed that her stepfather Paul, whom she considers her father and shares a close bond with, underwent surgery and she had to care for them both.

"My mum's doing well - she was in hospital for 21 days," she informed her followers. "My dad's just had a major heart operation... you've got to look after them when they get old. So there's a lot going on behind the scenes."

Katie also addressed the recent speculation surrounding a fake baby twin mystery, which was finally resolved this week following several enigmatic posts. Responding to a pregnant fan while promoting clothes on the live stream, she said: "All this stuff I'm showing today is good for pregnancy. "

Katie then opened up about her IVF struggles, stating: "People keep asking if I've done IVF and I've done it five times and it's failed, reports the Mirror.

She detailed her struggle with weight gain after undergoing IVF three times last year, admitting it took a toll on her mental health, all of which will be revealed in her forthcoming documentary.

She hinted: "There are other ways you can get your babies cos trust me, I've done it."

The revelation follows Katie's surprise Instagram post featuring an image of twin infants, sparking intense curiosity among her followers. The picture captured one baby in pink and another in grey, with Katie's hand gently resting on them, yet their faces remained hidden, fuelling widespread speculation about their identity.

She continued to post pictures of the twins, always careful to conceal their faces.When asked if she had twins, Katie confirmed to an inquisitive fan: "Yes, I do have twins."

She also disclosed: "I haven't named them, I don't know what to name them." Earlier, she shared a photo with the caption: "Evening cuddles with my boy" and more recently, another labelled: "Multitasking with my babygirl."

Yet, it appears the twin babies may not exist, as insiders allege they are actually 'hyperrealistic reborn dolls'.
