Katie Price shocked onlookers with her “biggest lips ever” at the UK Glamour Awards before snogging Jessica Alves.

The 46-year-old showed off the results of her recent trip to The Clinic Club, as she told fans on Tuesday her pout is now "the thickest” they’ve ever been, but her new lips failed to distract from Katie’s barely-there dress. The former glamour model rocked a figure-hugging silver and gold dress, which showcased the results of her 17th breast enlargement, while the thigh-high split revealed her impressive tattoos adorning her legs.

Onlookers were surprised to see her dramatically altered appearance at the event, which celebrated the “glamour industry”, but the star seemed unaware of the reaction surrounding her arrival at the bash at the Embankment in London. Katie posed alongside a pal as she strutted into the event, and was snapped by waiting paparazzi and fans who took snaps of her pouting and posing.

After arriving at the venue, Katie was spotted locking lips with TV star Jessica Alves, as they posed in front of a table full of bottles of spirits and champagne. The mum-of-five made sure to let her hair down while at the star-studded awards, and she was later seen struggling to keep herself upright as she got in a taxi home.

Katie has been updating fans with the latest cosmetic procedures, and on Wednesday, she revealed she was taking a series of weight loss supplements from Rejuven8 Beauty Clinic. “As you know, everyone's like, how have I lost weight, how am I looking good, this that,” she said, as she showcased the products she’d been using while in her kitchen.

And on Tuesday, she took to her Instagram Story as she told her followers she had finally got the lips she’d been dreaming of. “Hey everyone, so I thought I'd let you these are the biggest lips I've ever had done. I have changed filler. I wanted bigger, thicker... welcome to the biggest lips I have ever done and I love it,” she explained. Katie had previously been a fan of the butterfly lip procedure, which involves using surgical tape and injecting filler to plump up the lips.

Katie has also opened up on her recent surgeries, after she underwent a sixth facelift in September. The reality star jetted to Turkey for the £10,000 procedure, which she called a “facial correction” surgery, which involved having fat transferred from her body to her cheeks and lips. “I look plastic because I am plastic, at least I tell you all what I've done. Whenever I come on here I always get the odd t*** that says, 'you look stretched'. It's boring!,” she fired in a video on her Instagram Stories. “I do need to sort my brows out, I look like Spock from Star Trek, so if you know anyone who can fix these, let me know.”
