The charity event inside West Hollywood's Pacific Design Center attracted the city's elite, who went all out for the occasion.

Pop star Katy caught the eye in a slinky white satin dress with a plunging neckline, while socialite Paris dazzled in a shimmering gown.

She cosied up to husband Carter Reum for the cameras, with the loved-up pair showing off their pearly white smiles.

Kim cut a demure figure in a black floral number that matched her sleek raven hair.

Jessica Alba, who is a charity board member, glowed in a sheer bronze number and was joined by husband Cash Warren.

Fresh from winning Halloween dressed as ET, Heidi Klum showcased her beauty in a black dress with a flowing ruffled train.

Actress Charlize Theron, who won the Giving Tree Award on the night, wowed in a plunging dress as she confidently posed with her hands on her hips.

Proud South African Charlize uses her fame to help with various philanthropic projects, most notable of which is her Africa Outreach Project which combats the spread of HIV/AIDS among young people.

When it was announced that she would receive the Baby2Baby honour, Charlize told the Hollywood Reporter: "Their dedication to serving women, children and families across the country is nothing short of inspiring.

"Through my work with CTAOP, I have seen first hand the power we all can have when we invest in young people and their communities, and completely share in their mission to work towards a more equitable world."

The annual gala seeks to raise money for children living in poverty.

It's well supported across the arts from music stars, TV, film and social media.
