Kelly Osbourne looked healthy and happy as she celebrated her 40th birthday on Friday in LA.
Partying with family and friends, including her mum Sharon Osbourne, Kelly's six stone weight loss was obvious as she wore a corset accentuating her tiny waist.
Enjoying her birthday celebration at the W Hotel in Los Angeles, a glammed-up Kelly wore a black strapless top, complete with a flattering sweetheart neckline.
She paired it with a pencil skirt and black heels, accessorising with an elegant pearl necklace and a black bow in her blonde updo. The svelte-looking star is the daughter of Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy Osbourne, 75, and his music mogul wife, Sharon, 72.

Kelly welcomed her son Sidney in 2022, who she shares with her boyfriend and Slipknot DJ Sid Wilson - but she slimmed down dramatically in the months after, losing a staggering 85 pounts. She was forced to deny using weight loss and diabetes medication Ozempic to lose weight, instead claiming it was down to hard work.
Speaking in April, she said: "I know everybody thinks I took Ozempic. I did not take Ozempic. I don’t know where that came from. My mom (Sharon Osbourne) took Ozempic."
But despite her denial, she doesn't judge those who do use the drug, which is administered via subcutaneous injection and was initially used to help diabetes patients to manage their insulin levels. KLelly said it was down to cutting out sugar, explaining to Extra: "I had gestational diabetes and I had to lose the weight that I had gained during pregnancy. Otherwise I was at a higher risk of actually getting diabetes, which I did not want. I cut out sugar and carbohydrates and I rapidly lost weight."

There are a million ways to lose weight. Why not do it through something that isn’t as boring as working out?” Kelly said. Kelly's mum Sharon has been open about using the drug, saying she now struggles to put weight on.
Kelly added: "People hate on it because they want to do it. And the people who hate on it the most are the people who are secretly doing it or p*ssed off that they can’t afford it. Unfortunately, right now it’s something that is very expensive, but it eventually won’t be because it actually works."
Meanwhile, Sharon was honest about the reality of using Ozempic, saying on The Talk: "I was very sick for a couple of months. The first couple of months, I just felt nauseous. Every day I felt nauseous, my stomach was upset, whatever." But after losing 40 pounds, she had now regrets, despite the side effects. She told Loose Women in January: "I don’t regret it. Everything with weight with me was, ‘I want it now'. The injections that I was on worked, but it just seems that now I can’t put anything on really."
