The 44-year-old posted a photo of an open-toe, high-heeled cast with her bright red pedicure visible on her Instagram stories, which some fans deemed 'reckless' and questioned whether her foot is actually broken or if it's just a publicity stunt.
The cast in question appears to be made of plaster molded into the shape of an open-toe, high-heeled platform shoe, similar to the one worn by Bridget Von Hammersmark in the movie Inglourious Basterds.

In what seems to be a fashion-over-function moment, fans are questioning the validity of the mother-of-four's injury and whether the makeshift bootie is just a stunt to attract attention.
