LadBaby Mum breaks down in tears as she shares the “obstacles” she's overcome ahead of her long-awaited book launch.
Roxanne Hoyle, 40, along with husband Mark, 37, have written their autobiography which documents their journey to becoming one of the most successful social media stars in history. The couple, who are parents to two children Phoenix, eight, and Kobe, six, have penned the upcoming Our LadBaby Journey: Success, Sacrifice and Sausage Rolls, and it will feature the huge highs of their career, as well as the devastating lows.
Taking to Instagram on Thursday night, Roxanne broke down as she recalled having to sacrifice food in order to buy nappies when the couple were forced to survive on just £20 a week. The couple shot to fame thanks to their funny parenting hacks, prank videos and comedy sketches, and they managed to break records by scoring five consecutive Christmas number ones, with their songs raising money for food bank charity The Trussell Trust.

She said it was an “emotional rollercoaster” where her and Mark have “laughed and cried”, but she was so proud of their achievements, which she couldn’t believe in her wildest dreams. “It’s been an emotional rollercoaster where we’ve laughed and cried. But as we get closer to everyone reading it, I realise how bloody proud I am of all we have accomplished and the mark we’ve left on the world,” Roxanne added.

She recalled putting food back on the shelves in the supermarket in order to afford to buy nappies for their oldest son. “I remember just feeling… you feel like you’ve failed. You never forget that feeling and you do worry everyday about that feeling,” she told Fabulous earlier this year.
The couple have since worked with the likes of Ed Sheeran and Elton John on their Christmas number ones, as they secured the title of being Guinness World Record breakers with five sausage roll-themed number ones. Roxanne also revealed she would be discussing why she chose to step away from her six-figure deal with In The Style, after releasing a series of hit collections with the clothing brand.
