Shocking complaints filed by two former employees paint a troubling picture of Kanye “Ye” West. “The feeling is Kanye should be worried,” an insider exclusively tells In Touch. “He could get caught up in the mess that Diddy’s found himself in.” Ye has denied all the allegations against him.
10. Spied on Kim
After Kanye’s divorce from Kim Kardashian was finalized in 2022, she moved on — and he didn’t apparently. Unbeknownst to the reality TV star, 44, the rapper ordered his “director of intelligence” to investigate her and her family, according to a lawsuit filed under the pseudonym John Doe. It’s one of many troubling allegations the now-former staffer, a military veteran that Ye hired in 2022 and fired this year, makes in his lawsuit filed on October 7. He accuses the Yeezy brand founder, 47, of retaliation, infliction of emotional distress and labor code violations, including unpaid wages. What did Kim know? “This is all news to her,” says a source
9. He Allegedly Sexually Assaulted a Woman at a Diddy Party
One day after John Doe’s filing, Kanye’s former assistant turned chief of staff, Lauren Pisciotta, 36, filed a lawsuit accusing the music mogul of committing “gender violence and sexual battery” before hiring her in 2021. It allegedly happened during an alcohol-fueled studio session Ye cohosted in Santa Monica with pal Sean “Diddy” Combs, who’s currently awaiting trial on sex-trafficking and racketeering charges in an unrelated case. (He’s pleaded not guilty.) Lauren details the incident in an amended complaint she filed on October 8 that’s part of a wrongful termination, sexual-harassment and breach of contract lawsuit she launched against Ye in June. (A Kanye rep previously denied her initial claims.)
8. He Allegedly Drugged Her, Too
Lauren claims the sexual assault took place after Kanye ordered her a drink “laced with an unidentifiable drug” that left her in a “heavily impaired state,” unaware of what happened, according to the lawsuit. It wasn’t until 2022 that she learned the sickening truth: Kanye told her they’d “hooked up” that night, leading Lauren to realize she “was in fact drugged and sexually assaulted,” she alleges in her filing.
7. He Lost Cars
As part of John Doe’s duties, he was tasked with tracking down “items that were stolen or lost” from Yeezy. According to the lawsuit, it was common for Ye to lose expensive cars.
6. He Blew Up Over Donda Academy
Kanye allegedly lost it after learning John Doe had reported an allegation of child abuse at Donda Academy, the rapper’s private Christian school that’s since been closed, to Yeezy leadership, per the legal papers. “Ye himself called John Doe to yell, curse and threaten John Doe with great bodily injury, including death, if John Doe repeated [it],” claims the October 7 lawsuit. “ ‘You’re f–king dead to me!’ Ye allegedly told John Doe.”
5. He Spied on Wife Bianca
When Kanye’s wife of nearly two years, Bianca Censori, 29, traveled solo to her native Australia to visit family, ex-employee John Doe was told to hire private investigators to “tail” her without her knowledge, his lawsuit claims.
4. He Found God After Hosting Orgies
According to Lauren’s October 8 filing, Kanye often held sex parties at hotels. Afterward, he’d sometimes “very briefly take stock of his disgraceful and illegal behavior and lifestyle, spend some time thinking about his family and his children and want to repent in some way,” and “God-like” phases would follow: He’d demand those around him not curse, drink alcohol or have sex, and would order women to cover up from head to toe so they wouldn’t “tempt” him. His vices, however, always returned “with a vengeance,” she adds in the lawsuit.
3. Bianca Was His ‘Sex Party’ Coordinator
When Lauren worked for Kanye between 2021 and 2022, her lawsuit claims, Bianca — an architectural designer at Yeezy — served as Ye’s “sex-party participant and coordinator,” indulging his “twisted sexual fantasies,” Lauren claims.
2. He Believed the Kardashians Were Sex Traffickers
John Doe claims his boss instructed him to investigate “the Kardashian family and supposed various criminal links that Ye believed they had with criminal enterprises, including alleged sex trafficking,” according to the lawsuit. A rep for the Kardashian family did not respond to In Touch‘s request for comment as of publication.
1. He Wanted to Sleep With Bianca’s Mother
Kanye had a “kink” for his sex partners’ mothers, Lauren’s 88-page complaint alleges. Kanye “proudly” sent Lauren a screenshot of messages he exchanged with future wife Bianca in 2022 when her mother, Alexandra, was visiting from Australia, allegedly writing, “I wanna f–k your mom.” Kanye then asked Lauren, her suit claims, “Should I add, ‘I meant I want you to watch me f–k your mom?’”
