Liam Payne's Florida mansion has hit the rental market barely a month following his tragic death. The 31-year-old met a tragic end after falling from the balcony of his third-floor hotel room in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Before their fateful trip to Argentina, Liam and his girlfriend Kate Cassidy had settled into an opulent Florida residence, shelling out nearly $10,000 monthly.
The couple had entered into a short-term rental agreement for the property earlier this summer and shared glimpses of their domestic life with followers on Snapchat and Instagram.
Now, it has been reported that the luxurious five-bedroom Wellington home in South Florida is available for rent at an eye-watering $9,950 per month (£7,806).
In the weeks before his tragic death, Liam showed fans around his new Spanish-style home. The house features a grand entrance that opens up to a state-of-the-art kitchen.

Kate and Liam also showcased their expansive saltwater pool, equipped with a waterfall, and a balcony overlooking the front of the house.
Kate had excitedly taken her followers on a virtual tour of the home in a gated community, complete with palm trees and access to a clubhouse boasting a gym, spa, and tennis courts, reports the Mirror.
Standing proudly outside the house in a TikTok video, she began: "I'm always doing little hotel tours and we just moved so I figured I'd do a mini house tour."
The tour showcased the living room adorned with mustard-coloured sofas, wooden tables, and an array of ornaments and candles, as she enthused: "Honestly this is kinda fun... welcome to the house."

Despite still unpacking, Kate's excitement was palpable as she highlighted features like the staircase leading upstairs. She also showed off a second living room, designed for evening relaxation, telling fans: "Living room number two... Which a little darker and a more nighttime vibe... If you want sun and your cup of coffee in the morning living room number one is your place to be."
Kate had flown back to Florida just four days before the tragic incident involving Liam, stating her dislike for staying in one place for an extended period. She had initially planned a five-day trip to South America, which unexpectedly extended to two weeks.
She shared with her followers: "I was just like, 'I need to go home'. I loved South America but I hate staying in one place for too long. We were supposed to be there for five days, turned into two weeks and I was just, like, I need to go home."
The tragic death of Liam occurred on October 16, shortly after the staff at the Casa Sur Palermo hotel alerted emergency services, expressing concerns that a male guest might "put his life at risk" due to alcohol and drug consumption. It is thought that Liam fell from his balcony at 5.04pm local time.
An ambulance arrived promptly at 5.11pm, but sadly, he was declared dead upon arrival.
