Drama is already expected as Love Island All Stars returns for another year, with two exes set to come face to face.
The lineup for the second series of the ITV2 spin-off to Love Island is slowly being revealed ahead of its return to air in a matter of days. It has already been confirmed that Gabby Allen, Curtis Pritchard, Kaz Crossley and Nas Majeed will be returning to the villa, yet one of them will have a very awkward run in.
Gabby, who appeared on season three of Love Island, is expected to have a surprise in the South African villa as ex Marcel Somerville is reportedly signing up. They met each other on the show in 2017 and came in fourth place. Gabby and Marcel kept their romance going outside the villa, however it was revealed he cheated on her during a holiday.
Posting on X, Gabby said: "Thank you to everyone for your kind messages, love and support. It's been a tough couple of days, I think I might still be in a bit of shock. But I'm sure, in time, I'll be okay. I have the best family and friends around me. I'm a lucky girl." In another twist, Marcel is actually still married as he is in the process of a divorce with wife Rebecca Vieira. The pair married in August 2022, yet Marcel moved out of the family home and deleted all presence of her on social media in March last year.

Instagram)Rebecca penned a public letter of apology, holding herself fully accountable for her mistake. Taking to Instagram at the time, she wrote: "By now most of you would have seen what's going on, I've made a huge mistake, I've embarrassed not only my husband but myself and both our families. My actions were foolish and have hurt so many people around us but most importantly my husband. I've said a lot of things that I shouldn't have and it was stupid of me so I won't sit here and justify my actions, those decisions should have never been made."
She added: "I want to publicly apologise to my Marcel, just as loudly as the rest of the noise. For all the hurt, embarrassment and pain I have put him through there is nothing and no one in the world that comes before you and our family. No-one could ever compare." She then posted a picture of the couple's gold wedding bands which had engraved "always and forever."
And an insider told The Mirror at the time: "Marcel is absolutely devastated. Rebecca was his life and he’d changed so many things about his lifestyle to make her happy. Everything he did, everything he worked for was for his wife and his son. The poor guy feels like he’s in a nightmare and he keeps hoping he’ll wake up. For him to know that Rebecca was telling another man she loves him, and then spent Valentine's Day with him has completely broken him. "
Asked why she signed up to the show, Gabby said: "Because it’s the trenches out there! I feel like I have all my ducks in a row, it has been 8 years since I went into the Villa. I now run my businesses and I’ve grown up a lot… but I just haven’t found ‘the one’ yet. I was 25 when I did the show last time.."
She added: "I’m so glad that I did go on at that age because I’d done so much before that, I’d travelled, lost my dad, had turbulent relationships all before going in. I’d also been on a journey to become a fitness instructor so I felt really confident going in at 25. But now I look back, I feel like I am now, who I thought I was then. I’m confident in who I am as a person and hopefully that will help me meet someone, because I know what I want and I don't want to settle."
