Love Island star Millie Court has shared the terrifying moment she was 'attacked' while on holiday in Australia.
The 28-year-old revealed she was stung by a jellyfish while swimming in the sea Down Under. She had been enjoying the festive getaway Down Under with her boyfriend Liam Reardon. Millie admitted she had ignored warning signs while on the beach, which declared people should "beware of bluebottles".
The reality TV star shared footage of the jellyfish as well as her rash. She told her followers: "Goes into sea to get taken out by a huge wave, come up above water to find a blue jellyfish wrapped round my neck, in my hair, tentacles all round my stomach. I've never screamed so loud."
Millie admitted: "It's my own fault." She then shared a snap of her rash and said: "Rash all over me. Lifeguards said 'go have a hot shower' and then gave us some ice to numb it and said it'll be itchy for 30 minutes to an hour. It's finally starting to wear off." The influencer also hit back at any negative comments she might receive.

Millie has spent the Christmas break as well as New Year in Sydney with boyfriend Liam and best friend Chloe Burrows, who was also on Love Island.
Before the incident, Millie shared updates from their lavish holiday as she celebrated Christmas on the beach. Millie wrote: "MERRY CHRISTMAS all the way from Sydney, Australia. It’s now actually Boxing Day for us but we had the BEST time spending the day on the beach with all our friends. Wishing you all a merry Christmas and a happy new year."
Millie and Liam won the seventh series of the ITV2 competition in 2021 and moved into their own £1 million Essex mansion. They shocked fans when they called it a day in 2022. However, they quickly found their way back to each other and reconciled their relationship. She resides in Essex while he lives in Wales but the long distance has helped their relationship flourish.
Although she doesn't know when Liam will pop the question, the TV personality has been dropping hints about the type of proposal she's hoping for and the exact style of engagement ring she prefers. She recently revealed: "Not that it means he'll do it any time soon but I thought better he knows now so when he does decide to, in the future, he knows what ring I like. He also knows what I would like proposal-wise as well, so where it would be and stuff," she said to MailOnline.
