Machine Gun Kelly has gotten some inspiration from his first child with fiancée Megan Fox.
Just two weeks after the Subservience actress announced that the couple are expecting their first child together, which will be MGK's second, the Cleveland native wrote an X post about his excitement about fatherhood and preparing new music.
"Isolating myself in the desert next week to restart this album from scratch. when inspiration flows through me unblocked, we will reach the destination in no time. don't worry," MGK wrote.
He concluded, "After all, im about to be a dad again!"
With her ex-husband, Brian Austin Greene, Fox has kids Noah, 12, Bodhi, 10, and Journey, 8, while MGK, real name Colson Baker, shares a 15-year-old daughter, Casie, with his former partner, Emma Cannon.
In new maternity photos, posted to Instagram in early November, Fox posed nude while coated in what appeared to be black body paint. "nothing is ever really lost. welcome back 👼🏼❤️" the actress captioned the post, referring to the couple's 2023 miscarriage while using lyrics from MGK's song "last november."
That year, Fox miscarried 10 weeks into her pregnancy, which she opened up about in a November 2023 episode of Good Morning America.
"I have three kids. So, it was very difficult for both of us," she said about her and MGK's devastation. "And it sent us on a very wild journey together and separately, and together and apart, and together and apart, and together and apart, trying to navigate, 'What does this mean? And why did this happen?'"
While Fox addressed the miscarriage in her 2023 poetry book Pretty Boys Are Poisonous, MGK dealt with the grief on his 2024 track "Don't Let Me Go." "How can I live with the fact/That my hand wasn't on her stomach when we lost the baby?" he raps on the song.
