Former Married At First Sight UK stars Holly Ditchfield and Alex Henry are sending shockwaves through their fanbase as they continue to showcase their "rekindled romance" following a tumultuous split.
After weathering a stormy relationship on the E4 series, which even prompted Holly to step back for a bit to visit her kids, hints of a reunion sparked earlier in the month when the pair were spotted cosied up during a lively night in Manchester, seemingly confirming they're back on.
Now, the duo is putting their love life front and centre once more, posting a road trip adventure on Instagram as they tour the scenic Yorkshire Dales.
Taking to Instagram with a reel that Alex cheekily titled: "Day out with my ex wife," viewers got a glimpse of the couple's playful dynamics in the car, with Holly announcing to followers: "I'm out with my ex-husband today."
"We're going to show you exactly what we're like when we're together," she beamed as the reel rolled on. The video features lighthearted banter over Alex’s punctuality and a melodious car karaoke session — a stark contrast to their fraught last moments on screen that followed weeks of heated confrontations, even involving fellow contestant Sacha Jones.

Instagram/alexander.henry_/hollylouiseditchfield)Alex, following a dramatic exit from the reality series Married at First Sight, took to Instagram to express his feelings: "Unfortunately, it just wasn't meant to be. A lot of people wanted me and Holly to last the test of time, at times I wish we could have too. We shared some great memories together on and off camera. I wish Holly nothing but the best in the future, she deserves it! Speak to you all real soon! Love.", reports OK!.
Not long after, Holly resonated with Alex's sentiments on her own Instagram, stating: "Just a quick message to all the lovely people who have supported my MAFS journey: MAFS taught me so much about myself things that I never knew I was capable of doing I accomplished."
"I am proud of me. Thank you to my amazing MAFS family! My family! My friends and all the lovely people I have met along the way. Over and out," she shared alongside her post.

Channel 4)The news comes after Holly recently clapped back at online trolls who sent her death threats following a fiery episode where she clashed with fellow cast member Hannah Norburn during a Girls' Night Out event. Holly faced harsh criticism, with some accusing her of bullying behaviour towards Hannah.
In response to the backlash and subsequent threats, Holly bravely opened up about the impact this had on her well-being, revealing: "I feel like I've been really quiet the last few days, It hasn't been easy, I'm not going to lie. I have received some very horrendous messages, appalling messages, ones that have, quite frankly, made me not want to leave my house for a few days."
The star opened up, admitting fault but drawing a line at the extreme backlash received: "I take full accountability for blowing my lid, but one thing I don't deserve is death threats and being told to go and kill myself. At the end of the day, I did react but I reacted because of somebody's actions."
The celebrity went on to explain the protective nature that led to the outburst: "I would never, ever, dream of treating somebody like that unless they really hurt me and a lot of Hannah's behaviours, I admit, did reignite my insecurities maybe. I am a very protective person of people I care about, so I love all the girls. When my children are being spoken about I am going to react and I am going to get upset," the star continued.
