There's been an outpouring of support for Max George following the news that he is now facing Christmas in hospital after doctors found "some issues" with his heart.
Max, 36 - best known as a member of the band the Wanted - told fans this week that he had ended up in hospital after feeling "really unwell" on Wednesday. He suggested that he may have surgery once "more tests" have been done.
The news was met with well wishes on Instagram. Max's partner Maisie Smith, 23 - whom he met on Strictly Come Dancing - was among those who reached out. The former EastEnders star wrote beside a heart emoji: "Love you Max."
A host of celebrity pals also reacted to the post this week, including his bandmate Siva Kaneswaran, whom Max is scheduled to tour with next year. He replied to the post: "Here for you brother. Rest up and get well soon."
Fellow singer JB Gill commented: "God bless you bro, wishing you better soon. Sending lots of love." He wasn't the only member of JLS to respond, with Aston Merrygold writing: "Rest up geeza. Get well soon." Whilst bandmate Marvin Humes said: "Sorry to hear you're not well geezer ... you're strong and will fight through. Big love mate."
Professional dancers from Strictly also reacted. Karen Hauer wrote: "Get well soon lovely." Nancy Xu said: "Get well soon Max. Sending lots of love." Katya Jones said: "Get well soon Max! Sending you all the positive energy."
Good Morning Britain host Charlotte Hawkins wrote in her reply: "Oh my goodness. Hope all OK & you're back on your feet soon." Whilst Love Island's Luca Bish said: "Love ya bro." Emmerdale cast member Amy Walsh said in a comment: "Ah babe. Sending you lots of love! Hope it's an easy recovery for you! You're a fighter, stay strong."

He told his followers in the post earlier this week: "Yesterday I felt really unwell and was taken in to hospital." Max continued by sharing: "Unfortunately after some tests they've found that I have some issues with my heart.
"I have a lot more tests to determine the extent of the problems and what surgery I will need to get me back on my feet. It's gonna be a difficult few weeks / months… and Christmas in a hospital bed wasn’t exactly what I had planned! But, as always, I’m surrounded with love and support by my wonderful partner Maisie, her family, my family and friends.. and I'm 100% in the best place."
Max concluded; "Although this is a huge shock and no doubt a set back, it's something I'll take on with all I've got! I count myself very lucky that this was caught when it was. Apologies if I bore you with updates in the coming weeks ... I've probably got a month in bed and there's not THAT much to do! Let's do this."
