Metro Boomin Facing Lawsuit For Alleged Rape, Sexual Battery From 2016

Metro Boomin could potentially be on the hot seat after a recent lawsuit was filed against him. A woman claims to be a victim of rape and sexual battery courtesy of the 31-year-old producer.

Vanessa LeMaistre lost her nine-month-old son in 2016 and suffered from depression as a result. Per TMZ, she took a trip to Las Vegas and connected with Boomin, which led to him inviting her to Los Angeles to hang with him in the studio. She claims that she witnessed the We Don’t Trust You artist using an excessive amount of codeine, even though his friends told him to stop.

She claims that in September 2016, she visited him in the studio again and took half a Xanax and a shot of alcohol before blacking out on the couch. When she regained consciousness, she was in a bed and Metro was allegedly penetrating her and performing oral sex. She claims that she blacked out again and the next time she woke up, Metro told her they were at a Beverly Hills hotel and they needed to go. LeMaistre has no recollection of how they got to the hotel.

Vanessa LeMaistre claims that she later found out that she was pregnant and the child had to be Metro Boomin’s because she had not had sex with anyone else. She later terminated the pregnancy. Additionally, she believes that Boomin mocked the entire situation on the track “Rap Saved Me” from his 2017 collaborative album with 21 Savage and Offset, Without Warning.

Though he does not rap on the track himself, Metro is known to help his collaborators write on their records. “She took a Xanny, then she fainted / I’m from the gutter, ain’t no changing,” Savage rapped in the chorus. LeMaistre is seeking compensation for mental pain and anguish, plus legal punishment for Metro.

The St. Louis producer’s lawyer, Lawrence Hinkle II, denied all allegations. “This is a pure shakedown,” he told TMZ. “These are false accusations. Mr. Wayne refused to pay her months ago, and he refuses to pay her now. Mr. Wayne will defend himself in court. He will file a claim for malicious prosecution once he prevails.”
