The 27-year-old married in a glamorous ceremony at the family's villa in Majorca.
Media outlets in Germany have reported that Formula 1 legend Michael was there to witness the festivities, reports The Mirror.
Michael's family was devastated when the star had a tragic skiing accident in 2013, leaving him with a catastrophic head injury and in a coma for six months.
He has not been seen publicly since the incident, and his family have been protective of his privacy since that time.
In the years following his skiing accident, the racing legend spent his time residing and recovering at his family home on Lake Geneva, Switzerland.
Gina and Iain have been together for nearly seven years, having gone public with their relationship at an awards ceremony together in Munich in 2017.
Corinna gave birth to Gina-Maria in 1997 with her and Michael's son Mick following two years later.
Mick was only 14 at the time of his father's accident, but followed in his career footsteps, racing with Haas for two seasons before becoming a reserve driver for Mercedes in 2023.
