Mom Who Killed Kids, 8 and 4, Is a ‘Monster’: Inside the Shocking Crime

The World’s Worst Mom, Lisa Snyder, will be spending the rest of her life behind bars after coldheartedly murdering her two young children by hanging them with a dog leash, then framing it to look like a double suicide! 

The degenerate — who had also been accused of having sex with her pet pit bull before the September 2019 killings — was recently handed two life sentences without parole in a Berks County, Pennsylvania, courthouse. 

“I don’t consider you my mother,” said Snyder’s surviving son, Owen, 22, at the sentencing hearing. “I consider you a monster!” 

Snyder, 41, strung up son Conner, 8, and daughter Brinley, 4, by a cable dog leash and placed upended chairs below them. She claimed Conner was depressed and bullied, and that he convinced his little sister to kill herself along with him. 

But she was tripped up after people who knew Conner depicted him as a happy kid, and investigators discovered she had made online searches for “suicide,” “hanging” and how to evade justice. 

With her suicide ploy debunked, Snyder’s lawyers claimed she was criminally insane and tried to get her sentenced to a mental health facility rather than jail. 

But Judge Theresa Johnson wasn’t buying it and noted the merciless nature of the crime by declaring: “The fact that an individual could put their hands on another individual to commit a murder makes it so much worse than if you stood across the street and fired a gun at them.”
