A three year legal battle between Nicole Scherzinger and Pussycat Dolls founder Robin Antin has reportedly been settled.
Olivier award winning star Nicole, 46, joined the group in 2003 when the burlesque group entered the world of pop music and a band was formed. The Don't Hold Your Breath singer was a member of the group along with Carmit Bachar, Ashley Roberts, Kimberly Wyatt, Jessica Sutta and Melody Thornton.
The ladies released two albums, with debut album PCD unleashed in 2005 and Doll Domination in 2008, before they split in 2010. The band regrouped in 2019 and a major reunion tour was planned - with 10 arena gigs set out in 2020 only for the tour to be cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic and subsequently a new disbandment soon followed.
A dispute between Scherzinger and Antin then erupted over the cancelled tour and a court battle had been set to begin in New York next month. But now reports have revealed that the ladies have settled and reached an agreement.

Days later, Scherzinger announced to the world that the tour had been completely cancelled - blindsiding her bandmates who said they only knew about the cancellation because the Right There singer wrote about it online.

Scherzinger’s legal team had called Antin's lawsuit “meritless” in January 2022, and claimed the singer had only tried to rengotiate her tour contract after it was initially postponed by the pandemic. Amid the legal dispute, Nicole enjoyed success in her professional and private life. She landed an award-winning role in the West End show Sunset Boulevard - and the musical has since transferred to Broadway in New York City to rave critical acclaim.
And the singer has found lasting love with her rugby player boyfriend Thom Evans, 39, who proposed to her in June last year. Sharing their happy news at the time, Scherzinger shared photographs from the moment Evans proposed to her on a beach, and uploaded the images to her Instagram grid along with an ecstatic caption that stated: "I said yes!" accompanied by ring and heart emojis.
