P Diddy's house arrest plea has "been rejected".
A judge has allegedly denied P Diddy's plea for house arrest on his private island. The rapper appeared in court on 22 November in New York City to reportedly proposed that he relocate to his mansion on Star Island in Florida.
In response to his request, U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian reportedly rejected his plea with the comment: "That is not going to work." However, Diddy's legal team had another offer up their sleeve as they proposed he complete house arrest in the rapper's three bedroom Upper East side apartment accompanied by security guards.

They allegedly also mentioned that Diddy would only be able to make calls to lawyers and have "substantially more restrictive" family visits than those he currently has at the Brooklyn Metropolitan Centre.
Diddy was arrested on 16 September and charged with sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution. The rapper denies all the charges made against him.
According to prison insiders, while locked up Diddy's diet includes fajitas, roast beef and cereal. In comments made in October, his lawyer Marc Agnifilo implied that the food would not be enjoyable: "I think the food's probably the roughest part of it."
However, according to People Magazine Diddy starts his day with fruit, breakfast cake and cereal, which is reportedly a common morning meal for inmates. According to the Federal Bureau of Prisons' national menu, oatmeal and toast are also on the menu while coffee is only available on weekends.
During the week lunch is served at 11am and dinner is offered once the 4pm head count has been completed. For lunch, inmates are often offered hamburgers and baked fish, while beef tacos, scrambled eggs and biscuits are available on the weekends.
Chicken fajitas, pasta and roast beef are available for the prisoners at dinner time.
