A lot of hard conversations were had between the 90 Day: The Last Resort season 2 couples during episode 17. The latest installment featured baby revelations, infidelity and a therapy session gone wrong.
90 Day Fiance’s Julia Reveals She Can’t Have Kids
The episode kicked off with the couples from 90 Day: The Last Resort in a heated therapy session, reflecting on the outdoor kayak exercise they had just finished.
Brandon Gibbs and Julia Trubkina were crowned the winners and were praised for how they demonstrated their teamwork, which ultimately led to a deeper conversation about their future.
“I saw something really good today. I think that we could apply this to us having kids,” Brandon addressed his wife as he spoke to the group. “So you said you think I’m not going to help you with them but I think you and I are going to work as a team and I think we’re going to do amazing.”
Julia got emotional about Brandon’s comments but not in a good way. She told the group that she couldn’t have kids after taking a fertility test in Russia.
Brandon encouraged his wife to seek out a second opinion in the U.S. Julia worried that Brandon would leave her if she could have kids and promised he wouldn’t “go anywhere.”
90 Day Fiance’s Ari Gives Bini His Social Media Passwords
Ariela “Ari” Weinberg and Biniyam “Bini” Shibre were asked to share an update on their relationship, and the New Jersey native shocked the group by revealing that she was giving Bini his social media passwords.
“Well, Bini was saying that until I give you your social media password that you wouldn’t participate in any therapy or even speak to me,” the mom of one told the group. “But anyways, since this is so important to you to have these passwords, I want to give you this and I wrote it down for you and here it is.”
The therapist encouraged Ari and Bini to have “hard conversations” now that he had his social media passwords.
The ‘90 Day: The Last Resort Couples’ Decided on Another Night Out
After the session, Stacey Silva brought up the idea of the cast going to dinner and getting drinks and everyone agreed to meet up.
While on the way to the bar, Ari told Bini “not to embarrass” her and asked that he spend time with her. The pair sat away from the group, where Ari decided to speak to her estranged husband about his alleged infidelity. She believed that Bini cheated on her during the pregnancy of their first child, Avi.
“I gave you the passwords like you asked me and you said you would tell the truth,” she told him. “You know that you’ve hurt me so bad over the years, and I just want you to admit it, that what you’ve done has really hurt me and destroyed me.”
Bini denied cheating on his wife but did admit he was in a relationship with another woman when he met Ari and got her pregnant. He met with the other woman to explain that he was expecting a baby with Ari and wanted to be with her instead. Bini said nothing sexual happened between him and the other woman.
“You lied to me, you had a relationship with her,” Ari said as Bini got up and started to leave the room.
Bini questioned Ari’s intentions of coming to the couples’ retreat to fix the relationship and asked her to swear on their son’s life. “I don’t swear on my son’s life, not like you,” she replied.
The stunt man said “f–k you” to his wife and returned to where the group was.
Stacey and Natalie Mordovtseva went to check on Ari, where she tried to explain her situation with Bini. “I came to therapy so that the therapist could hold him accountable. But I realize now nobody can hold him accountable because he won’t tell the truth,” she said.
Meanwhile, Bini rejoined the group of men, where he claimed Ari was “blaming” him by bringing up the past. He believed that Ari only wanted to make him look bad and did not want to truly move forward.
90 Day Fiance’s Jasmine Wants to ‘Open’ Her Relationship With Gino
Gino Palazzolo was resting in his room when his wife, Jasmine Pineda, decided she was going to the pool. The Panama native wore a racy bikini and decided to try and kiss her husband. At first, Gino laughed but he eventually got up and moved away from her to lay on the bed.
The mom of two got on top of him and begged him to kiss her. “No, I don’t want to right now,” Gino firmly stated. This angered Jasmine who hit him several times with a pillow before leaving the room.
“Just leave me alone when I ask you. It’s pretty simple. I’m not looking to have a make out session or anything,” he told her. “I just want to build our friendship up.”
Jasmine asked Gino if that meant he just wanted to be friends, which Gino clarified and said he didn’t, adding, “I want us to build a foundation.”
“Do you hear yourself? Why don’t you ask yourself why I left home for three days,” Jasmine replied, adding that Gino was “losing her.”
Although Jasmine loved GIno, she told producers in a private confessional that she “craved sex,” and felt the “only solution” to saving their marriage was to “open it up to someone else.”
‘90 Day Fiance’ Star Natalie and Josh’s Therapy Session Goes Wrong
The next day, Josh Weinstein and Natalie had a private session with a sex therapist. During the session, they were instructed to rub their partners with paint brushes and mark the spots that feel good with syrup, to be licked off.
Josh wasn’t a fan of the sticky substance and immediately protested the messy exercise, telling the therapist, “I just don’t like messy. Like syrups on my body and stuff.” The therapist reminded Josh that the point of the exercise was also about intimacy and being vulnerable.
Natalie begged Josh to do it and he finally reluctantly agreed. Josh did it to Natalie at first but refused to lick the syrup. When it was his turn, he reluctantly took off his shirt and said “I don’t like PDA.”
Josh said if the therapist was not there, he would feel more free to explore. The therapist left them to their own devices.
When the therapist returned, Josh’s opinion on the exercise remained unchanged; he still didn’t like it, but acknowledged that it brought up deeper-rooted issues.
“One of our things that we do struggle with is when we are intimate, the next day is usually not the best,” he said during the therapy session. “I feel like maybe more things are expected of me.”
Natalie asked what their relationship status was, to which Josh replied by saying, “I think that’s why we’re here trying to figure it out.”
The model started yelling at Josh, prompting the therapist to encourage her to calm down.
“I’m here to see if we can have a normal relationship. I’m hoping that, like, being here is like, going to calm some of this lashing out at everybody,” Josh explained. “If that is not fixed, there’s no relationship 100 percent because I can’t bring that around my family.”
In response, Natalie said, “Maybe just take the knife and kill me. Just sit and die. A normal man would not make me feel insecure.”
The therapist reminded Natalie that Josh was entitled to have feelings, just as she was. Natalie immediately requested to end the therapy session, stating that she felt the need to defend herself and would no longer engage with the therapist.
