Pete Davidson shut down all rumors about having checked into a rehab facility in Florida by going to a basketball game with his mom.

Pete, 31, made a court side appearance with his mother, Amy Davidson, at the Tuesday, November 19 Brooklyn Nets game against the Charlotte Hornets at the Barclays Center in New York City.

In the photos obtained by Page Six, the Saturday Night Live alum looked seemingly in good spirits with his mom by his side during the game. He even posed for a picture that was posted on the Net's Instagram story on the night of the game with Pete throwing a thumbs up and a big smile on his face.

Pete's attendance comes as a surprise to some fans after rumors that the star had checked into a rehab facility started circulating recently.

Speculation about the comedian's whereabouts started after The U.S. Sun reported that an insider told them that Pete "Checked into rehab in Florida fairly recently," on Monday, November 18. The source also claimed that the Bodies Bodies Bodies actor was secretly dating The Bachelor alum Maria Georgas and said that he had "Ended a fling with Maria just before he checked in." Later in the article the source also told the outlet that the actor was "In pretty bad shape this time around," and that "He's not in a good place."

Georgas, 30, took to Instagram to inform fans that she never dated Pete and revealed that she is friends with his sister and also said that she "Just spoke to [Pete's] sister," and "he's not in rehab and has been sober for months." Georgas also added that she "Can't believe this s**t," and that she thinks that the entire ordeal is "very insulting to his recovery and [her] mental health. He's literally home."

Pete has previously been open about his struggles with mental health and substance abuse and has been in and out of treatment since 2017. Most recently the King of Staten Island star checked into rehab in July following a breakup with actress Madelyn Cline, according to a report from Page Six. One of Pete's friends also told the outlet that the star "regularly goes to rehab for 'tune-ups' and to take a mental break.
