Cast Away: Phillip Schofield forced to use walkie talkie

Phillip Schofield has spent some quality family time with his loved ones during a private screening of Wicked. The former ITV presenter was seen with his closest family members in a cinema after his daughter posted a video on Instagram.

In the footage, Phil can be seen in the audience as his daughter Ruby gave viewers a glimpse of the private screening. On the big screen, the words said: "Welcome Schofield family for your screening of: Wicked."

Ruby also posted the caption: "Best day ever," and added the soundtrack 'Defying Gravity' from the new film alongside the footage.

Meanwhile, Phillip's former This Morning colleague Holly Willoughby stepped out at the film premiere of Robbie Williams' new biopic on the same night.

The mum of three oozed glamour as she made a rare appearance on the red carpet. It has been just over a year since Holly stepped down from her role on This Morning.

It comes after Phillip, 62, returned to the small screen and made several revelations about his former ITV colleagues.

During his TV return on Channel 5's show: Cast Away, Phillip spent 10 days alone on a deserted island off Madagascar. He also made some scathing remarks, despite not naming anyone specifically.

However, it was obvious that Holly was in the firing line as he reflected on his sensational exit from This Morning last year. According to Heat, it has been said that she was left "blindsided and hurt" by the comments.

It was reported that Phillip gave Holly the nickname of "the witch", and accused her of "bringing him down". It came after Phillip embarked on an “unwise but not illegal” affair with a younger male who worked on the ITV show, which led to his resignation.

Last month, Holly posted a cryptic Instagram photo which apparently hit back at the 'witch' jibe. Sharing a photo of Kate Moss on a runway dressed as a typical witch, she added the caption: "Happy Halloween."

During Phillip Schofield's TV return, he lashed out at ITV, alleging a lack of loyalty during the height of the controversy, and he excoriated three individuals at the network, branding them as "three sh*ts" in a fiery diatribe that hinted at Willoughby, his former This Morning co-host, being one of those targeted.

ITV has been previously approached by Express Online for a statement regarding Schofield's claims about the event. They declined to comment.
