Young Thug is heading home after agreeing to a non-negotiated plea in his YSL RICO trial.
Thug pleaded guilty in what has became the longest trial in Georgia history and awaited sentencing from Fulton County Superior Court Judge Paige Reese Whitaker, who would determine his sentence after hearing arguments from both sides.
Even though prosecutors sought 45 years, of which 25 years would be served in custody with the remaining years on probation, Thug was given five years behind bars, which was commuted to time served, along with 15 years on probation and a "backloaded” 20-year sentence.
All that to say, Thugger is a free, man.
