WAG Rebekah Vardy shared a sweet message to her husband Jamie Vardy as she enjoyed a holiday without him.
The 42-year-old is in the Maldives with her five children - Megan and Taylor, who she shares with ex Luke Foster, and Sofia, Finley, and Olivia with footballer Jamie - and recently shared a slideshow of snaps from the luxury getaway on Instagram. Rebekah then posted a heartwarming photo of Sofia, Finley and Olivia wearing Leicester City kits, ahead of Jamie’s match against Nottingham Forest on Friday evening.
Posing on the sunkissed beach with the clear blue ocean sparkling in the background, the trio looked happy as they posed for their mum on holiday. “Good luck Daddy,” the mum-of-five wrote. Luxury over-water villas could also be seen in the snap, and amid the ongoing drama with Coleen Rooney and the infamous Wagatha Christie case, Rebekah had disabled the comments on the post.
It’s the third holiday in less than two weeks that Rebekah has enjoyed, as just last week, she was in Bahrain with husband Jamie, sparking rumours the striker was making a move to a club in Saudi Arabia. The couple jetted from Dubai for an adults-only trip to Bahrain, and speculation mounted that Jamie, who’s contract with Leicester City will finish at the end of this season, was planning to move to a new Saudi club after his wife’s legal drama.

Instagram)Earlier this month, a judge ordered Rebekah to pay Coleen a further £100,000 after their epic Wagatha Christie libel battle, two years after she lost the high-profile case. Back in 2019, Coleen accused Rebekah of leaking stories to the press, which the judge overseeing the case found to be “substantially true”. In October 2022, Rebekah was ordered to pay 90% of Coleen’s legal costs, with an initial payment of £800,000.
Back in 2022, Rebekah sued Coleen for libel, after the mum-of-four publicly outed her for leaking private stories from her social media to the press. The judge, Mrs Justice Steyn, in the case described Rebekah as an “untrustworthy witness” who was likely to have destroyed crucial evidence on purpose. It was concluded Rebekah probably worked with her agent, Caroline Watt, to leak stories from Coleen’s private Instagram account.
Coleen said she had created fake posts in an effort to find out who was leaking the stories about her, and after a “sting” operation that lasted months, she determined who it was. “It’s been tough keeping it to myself and not making any comment at all, especially when the stories have been leaked, however I had to,” she wrote in the now infamous post in 2019. “Now I know for certain which account/individual it’s come from. I have saved and screenshotted all the original stories which clearly show just one person has viewed them. It’s ...... Rebekah Vardy’s account.”
