It will mark the Rock DJ star's first time performing in the city in over a decade, 11 years after he performed to a sell-out crowd at the then Metro Radio Arena. Speaking of his appearance, the hitmaker gushed: "I am stoked to headline what is essentially my own one-day festival, and where better than Newcastle? Howay, it’s ganna be mint man. I can’t wait to see you next year."

The first wave of announcements also revealed Newcastle's rising star Andrew Cushin, on the bill. The up-and-coming musician has high stock, having toured with Louis Tomlinson previously, as well as being signed by Pete Doherty's label and working closely with Oasis brother Noel Gallagher.

Other acclaimed artists on day one include Lottery Winners, who have enjoyed success in the album charts and released tunes with the likes of Reverend and the Makers. Nell Mescal, and Guy Sebastian will also feature. There will also be performances from emerging talents including Deco, Sonny Tennet, Charlie Floyd, and Harriet Rose.

Toby Leighton-Pope, Managing Director of TEG Europe, said of the event: "We are absolutely thrilled to announce Robbie Williams as our first headliner for the Come Together Festival. Bringing such an iconic artist to Newcastle underscores our commitment to delivering a world-class festival experience that’s accessible and unforgettable.”
