Sabrina Carpenter's coffee perfume lands at Superdrug will 'sell out fast'

Sabrina Carpenter has released a fourth fragrance to her Sweet Tooth, Me Espresso, which is sure to be the perfect companion to her hit song Espresso, which is arguably one of the best summer anthems of 2024.

The newly released perfume joins the star's Sweet Tooth perfume range; this time, the coffee scent is very much present. Landing at Superdrug at the end of last year, this fragrance is sure to be no different from the singer's last three scents, which fans were eager to snatch up.

Set to be her boldest fragrance yet, Me Espresso follows her sell-out hits like Caramel Dream and Cherry Baby.

The pop superstar made a splash in the world of perfume when she dropped her iconic and widely popular Sweet Tooth signature scent, which is reportedly sold a bottle every two minutes at Superdrug.

Meanwhile, her second and third perfumes maintained the same popularity. Caramel Dream sold 22 bottles an hour at Superdrug and Cherry Baby, following suit as it sold out in under a week.

Me Espresso opens with notes of cocoa, espresso and cappuccino, making it one of the most mature openings of the entire Sweet Tooth range. The heart is biscuit alongside vanilla orchid and jasmine while the base dives right back to being Short and Sweet with whipped cream, caramel and amber.

Promising to be is the perfect day-to-night fragrance to caffeinate your senses and bring that main character energy; this perfume is crafted to enchant and mesmerize, making you irresistibly unforgettable.

Coming in the same chocolate bar bottle design, this time in Sabrina's iconic baby blue shade, Me Espresso is designed to command attention and ignite fascination, promising to captivate everyone around you.

Retailing for £39.99 for 75ml, Me Espresso has already raked in plenty of praise on Superdrugs website. Reviews pour in from fans of the fragrance, as one 5-star rater beams: "If you love coffee perfumes but want to smell sweet this is the perfect perfume for you! to me it smells like a sweet cappuccino smell and lasts so long!! it's amazing like all of Sabrina Carpenter's other perfumes and is definitely worth a try. I highly recommend."

Meanwhile more love comes from this shopper who raves: "I love this!! It's a very strong scent and if you've ever tried milky taro boba it smells almost identical to it. Wonderful spray, i recommend it to all!"

Over at fragrance aficionado site Fragrantica, shoppers who are thrilled to share their thoughts have left this scent more accolades.

One says: "Upon initial spray, it smells like blueberry maple pancakes? I do pick up a slight coffee smell, but it smells more like the inside of a coffee shop rather than the coffee beans themselves. The jasmine, however, is the most prominent note that my nose picks up, with the biscuit note being second.

"Me Espresso lasts the longest on me out of all the other sweet tooths, and its sillage is pretty good. I still prefer the original sweet tooth, but I can definitely see this fragrance growing on me!"

And another writes: "I'm completely obsessed with this perfume! I now own all four of Sabrina's fragrances. I wasn’t wowed by the last three she put out. Honestly, I disliked sweet tooth and caramel dream and felt like they smelled very similar. I liked Cherry Baby enough to wear her here and there. However, I was very taken aback the moment I sprayed me espresso on.

"I think the description of Me Espresso is spot on. I’ve seen some say it smells like grape soda? The image I get is of a local cosy café. The top notes hit strong, but not in an overwhelming way. When I first sprayed it, it filled the room with caffeine and the cocoa note was just behind that (four people complimented me the moment I sprayed it on)."
