Saturday Kitchen guest Kate Carter-Larg received a huge uproar for her "inappropriate" outfit - but she's standing firm on the fact she will "never change" for anyone.

Kate, 35, appeared on the show to promote her delicious toastie business The Cheesy Toast Shack, which she co-owns with her husband Sam, 39. Daily Star spoke exclusively to Kate about her time on the BBC show and if the awful trolling but her off from going back on air.

Kate responded: "Absolutely not, I would love to go back. I think it's great we can talk about small business owners and people having that entrepreneurial spirit and getting up and showcasing what they do.

"I would go back in a heartbeat. It was one of the best days of my life, it was such a great time. I wouldn't change anything and I would never change the way I always dress."

She laughed: "If I got asked back, I would wear the same kind of clothes again, I wouldn't change a thing. I am confident in myself!"

When discussing some of the hateful comments she received, she told us that some even awfully body-shamed her. Kate added: "Some of the comments were like 'she's cooking on a TV show - it's so inappropriate to wear those clothes'.

"But I don't know if you picked up on it but I was actually wearing some really ridiculous fluffy shoes and actually that was the most inappropriate thing to wear for cooking and if they pointed that out, then I would've actually agreed with them.

"However, I got up in the morning and I thought I had this one shot to star on BBC One at 10am, I may never get this again, so I wanted to wear something I felt really good in, so I wore that."

Kate's Street Vendor of the Year Winner toastie business raises money for charity every month by raising funds for Alzheimer's UK. The entrepreneur added: "It's a shame and really sad none of that was even touched upon. It was brushed under the carpet.

"Instead, people wanted to concentrate on trying to pull a woman down very publicly. It's really not ok to troll people, as much as I can take it, not everybody can."
