SISTER Wives stars Kody and Robyn Brown have sold their Flagstaff, Arizona mansion for $1.7 million and cashed out with a $885,000 profit amid ongoing financial troubles.
Kody, 55, and Robyn, 46, bought their five-bedroom, four-bathroom home in Flagstaff, Arizona for $890,000 in August 2019.
The couple listed the house on August 2024 for $1,650,000.
The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal the Sister Wives stars sold the home for $1,775,000 on November 4, cashing out with a $885,000 profit.
A real estate description for the home, which has been featured on the TLC series, reads: “Tucked away behind towering pines on a secluded ridge, this stunning five-bedroom, four-bathroom home offers unparalleled privacy and breathtaking views.
“Backing the National Forest on a picturesque two-acre lot, this home is truly one of a kind. As you approach, the heated driveway welcomes you, providing a luxurious entrance to your own private retreat.

“The main level features a primary bedroom with a luxurious, spa-like en-suite bathroom, complete with a large dual-head shower and built-in shelving in the walk-in closet.
"The heart of the home is the huge kitchen, equipped with a six-burner cooktop and a double oven, a commercial-size refrigerator/freezer, and a walk-in pantry with space for an additional fridge.”
HOME SWEET HOME?
The home purchase caused tension in the family because it stalled building on Coyote Pass.
Kody planned to build homes on the property that was purchased in 2018 for $820,000 with Robyn and his then-wives Janelle, 55, Christine, 52, and Meri, 53.
The U.S. Sun can confirm Kody has not filed permits to begin building on Coyote Pass.
NEXT MOVE
Kody and Robyn are moving into a bigger home, after they purchased a six-bedroom, seven-bathroom abode in Flagstaff, Arizona for $2,100,000 on October 24.

In the Deed of Trust obtained by The U.S. Sun, Kody and Robyn took out a loan for $1,680,000, which is 20 percent of the purchase price.
They put a down payment of $420,000.
The couple, who have five children together, are required to pay the debt in monthly installments by November 1, 2054.
According to the documents, the home will be their primary residence.
A real estate description for the mansion reads: “Welcome to this magnificent and spacious estate that provides a unique opportunity to own a luxurious and versatile move-in ready property that boasts significant upgrades, many of which can be controlled from a smartphone.”
"The 7,784 square-foot home boasts a guest house, a detached RV garage with a workshop area, and space for seven cars.
“Located in a heavily treed area with views of Mt Elden, the current property setting harmoniously blends natural beauty, privacy and convenience,” the listing continued.
MONEY TROUBLES
The real estate shakeup comes after Kody has been experiencing financial issues in recent years.
Kody has blamed money troubles for stalling the building of the homes on their Coyote Pass property, contributing to the demise of the marriages.
A source previously told The U.S. Sun, “They haven't done any work on Coyote Pass because of how much it will cost to build and, of course, stopped their plans altogether once the wives left.”
Kody's second wife Janelle, who is now separated from the patriarch, expressed the financial issues in the family on an episode last season.
She said, “We moved to Flagstaff and we bought this property. We had a vision we would all build on it. The way that we were able to buy it is we paid mostly cash for it.
“We had to take a private mortgage on a portion of it. We just didn’t have the cash for it. If we do not pay it off, we are in jeopardy of losing the land, just like any other mortgage. Kody sticks his hand in the sand.”
She then broke down over allegedly having no money to her name because it is tied up in the land, which she still owns today.

Christine announced her split from Kody in November 2021.
She moved to Utah with their teen daughter Truely, 14, and announced her engagement to David Woolley in April after just months of dating.
The couple married in October 2023.
The U.S. Sun reported Christine signed over the parcel in her name to Kody and Robyn for just $10 on July 28, 2022.
Christine expressed her unhappiness in the marriage with Kody on Sister Wives, as he spent the majority of his time at Robyn’s home with their five children.
Christine is now suing Kody for custody of Truley and child support.
Janelle and Kody announced their split on Sister Wives: One on One in January 2023.
Janelle said on the special, "Things just really became sort of indifferent, like I just didn't care anymore.
"I've kind of mourned that that part of our life is gone. I wasn't heartbroken. It wasn't heartbreaking for me like it was for Christine.
"It was just kind of like, I just mourned that that life was gone… We had this great run."
On the series, the couple also fought over Kody living primarily with Robyn, as well as his feud with their sons over their refusal to follow his strict covid rules.
Meri announcing her split from Kody then followed, as they had been living separate lives for years.
She now lives in Utah, where she runs her bed and breakfast Lizzie's Heritage Inn.
Season 19 of Sister Wives airs on Sundays at 10 pm ET on TLC.
