Spice Girls star shares very cheeky nude picture from her infra-red sauna

Mel B flashed her derriere in a very candid post on social media as she shared her ‘self-care routine’ with fans.

The Spice Girls icon, 49, shared a cheeky nude on Instagram on Wednesday in a photograph of herself naked in an Infrared spa.

The singer, whose full name is Melanie Brown, explained that that she stayed in the infrared chamber for 20 minutes before moving on to a seven-part spa experience which included walking over ice, standing in the rain, and meditating in a hot sauna.

In the caption of the daring post, she explained: ‘I love love love doing my self-care, I always need to remind myself how amazing it makes my soul feel inside so I don’t get caught up in daily life and work before I do it again.’

She admitted that her routine ‘isn’t always this in-depth haha’ and at home, it’s ‘very very simple’.

She added as a message of support to her followers: ‘You just need to MAKE the time people for YOURSELF.’

Fans loved the candid snaps and videos from the celeb and complimented her in the comment section of her social post.

This isn’t the first time that Mel B has bared all in order to promote a good cause. In 2016, the singer went nude in a shoot to encourage body positivity.

In the image, she was completely naked with her wrapped her arms around her upper body.

The star captioned the post: ‘As a woman, I embrace my flaws and I’m comfortable in my own skin, might as well I’m gonna be in it for the rest of my life.

‘I’m the kinda girl that has absolutely no desire to fit in, ladies we gotta love the skin we are in #feelinmyself.’
