Strictly Come Dancing's Icons Week culminated in a thrilling Sunday night show, which saw the professional dancers pay tribute to Beyonce in an energetic routine led by Johannes Radebe.
However, some viewers were momentarily confused when a professional dancer with long black hair and a thick fringe appeared on screen, bearing a striking resemblance to host Claudia Winkleman.
Fans took to social media to share their initial reactions, with one writing: "For a moment there, I thought that was Claudia #strictly", while another added: "Nice of Claudia to join Johannes in the group routine tonight. #Strictly."
Others were equally perplexed, with one exclaiming: "Thought that was Claudia for a second #Strictly".
Despite the brief confusion, the Beyonce medley was widely praised by fans, who hailed it as one of the best professional dance performances of the series. One fan raved: "Oh I know Jojo was livinggggg! ! One of my fave pro dances everrr #Strictly," while another stated: "I AM SCREAMING! ! pro dance of the series. Jojo is a 'true' icon #strictly", reports the Mirror.
Judges Shirley Ballas, Motsi Mabuse, Anton Du Beke, and Craig Revel Horwood all provided their expert advice to the remaining 10 couples and gave their scores on Saturday night. However, the game changed after the public vote.
Tasha Ghouri and Aljaz Skorjanec topped the leader board with a score of 39 as they performed their couple's choice routine to What About Us by Pink.
Reality star Pete transformed into Freddie Mercury to perform a Salsa to Another One Bites The Dust with Jowita. Unfortunately, things didn't go quite as planned for the couple as they ended up at the bottom.
Craig awarded Pete and Jowita four points and Shirley, Anton, and Motsi gave them six points each, making a grand total of just 22 out of 40.
However, it was Sam Quek and Nikita Kuzmin who became this year's sixth couple to leave the dance floor. The pair faced Montell Douglas and Johannes Radebe in the dance-off who were saved by the judges.
