If you’re after some outfit inspiration that will work for any festive occasion, Tasha Ghouri’s latest look is the perfect pick. The Strictly Come Dancing finalist shared a snap of herself on Instagram wearing Kasela Studio’s Sequin Bow Jacket in Burgundy and the matching Sequin Maxi Skirt.

The sequin co-ord is the perfect option for the Christmas season, whether you want a super glam Christmas Day outfit or need a showstopping look for New Year’s Eve. Although her Sequin Bow Jacket, £65, was designed with satin bow fastenings up the front, Tasha got creative with her look and opted to wear the jacket backwards, giving more coverage up the front whilst baring some skin at the back.
However if you want to wear it the right way round, you can choose whether to wear the Sequin Jacket on its own as a top for a more daring look, or wear it over a top, dress or jumper to give an instant sparkle to your outfit. The Maxi Skirt, £70, has a floor-touching design with a high waisted fit, and is also fully lined, making sure it’s comfortable to wear as well as keeping it opaque.

Kasela Studio)Although both pieces make an impact when worn as a co-ord, they’re just as easy to style individually too, making them a versatile addition to your wardrobe. Wear the jacket over the top of a satin midi dress or on its own with jeans for a slightly more laid-pack party look, or pair the skirt with a satin blouse or bodysuit to balance out the sparkles.
Tasha’s exact co-ord is still available in size extra small to large, however the extra large sizes have sold out in both pieces. Alternatively, you can still get the Monsoon Belinda Bow Sequin Jacket in Black for £70 in all sizes from XS to XXL, which has a similar silhouette to Tasha’s burgundy version and could be just as easily paired with this Black Sequin Pull On Midi Skirt , £45, from River Island.
If you prefer a cosy festive ‘fit, this Bow Front Cardigan from Urban Bliss is currently on sale down from £28 to £24. It has a similar cropped length and satin bows up the front, however rather than sequins, it’s made from a cosy fluffy white knit that makes it perfect for adding a little festive flair to a simple outfit.
