Pop sensation Taylor Swift was caught on camera jokingly "beating up" her best mate at the Grammys.

A TikTok video showcasing her playfully thumping Jack Antonoff has gone viral. The "Shake It Off" star couldn't contain her excitement when her friend, the talented Sabrina Carpenter, scooped a Grammy.

Sabrina, recognised for her hit "Espresso", snagged an impressive six nominations at this year's bash and triumphed with two trophies, including Best Pop Solo Performance and Best Pop Vocal Album for "Short 'n Sweet".

Despite tough competition from the likes of Beyoncé, Billie Eilish and others, it was the adorable reaction from Taylor Swift that stole the show. Having been good pals for years, Taylor's reaction has been dubbed the "cutest thing ever" by adoring fans.

During the ceremony, she was seen sitting next to her long-time collaborator, Jack Antonoff, with whom she's worked with on 10 albums, giving him a friendly beating as part of her celebration.

People on TikTok found the outburst absolutely hilarious, perhaps because she appears to do it often. The clip shows Taylor leaping up with joy as Sabrina bags the award, before turning to Jack for a cheeky wallop that's got everyone talking.

She's seen hitting his arm as she beams with happiness, and the clip has taken the internet by storm, showcasing her inability to contain her excitement.
