The 34-year-old Dancing On Ice judge swears by taking some £24 collagen supplements to help her look “sexy.”

Speaking to Good Housekeeping, she said: “I take these collagen supplements, and also multivitamins, zinc, magnesium. I’m trying to cut down on fizzy soda so I’m drinking dissolvable vitamin C tablets instead.

“I’ve got to think of the future. I want to look sexy in my 40s.”

You can pick up the lemon-flavoured sachets on Amazon, where they come 14 to a box, meaning each costs £2.

The description reads: “Our award winning collagen drink is packed with premium marine collagen, protein and essential amino acids and is enriched with Vitamin C for optimum effectiveness.

“Join tens of thousands of customers who love us, and start feeling your absolute best today.”

As well as helping skin, it can also make your locks look luscious too.

The product reads: “Collagen is the largest and most abundant structural protein in the human body so it has a huge impact on overall body health.

"In particular, collagen forms and affects our skin, hair and nails.”

In addition to this, Oti religiously double cleanses and follows a daily skincare regime.

She added: “I recently found old videos of myself [in my 20s] on Instagram, and I remember beating myself up.

“I remember being like, ‘I'm overweight. I'm big and I need to get smaller.”

“Now though, I see I had a six pack. I had these long legs, my boobs were perky. I’m like, “What?! I can't believe when I was that age I was giving myself such a hard time.”

On I’m A Celebrity, Oti left fans in tears after opening up about the tragic death of her teenage brother.

Oti confided in her fellow campmates Danny Jones, Jane Moore and Tulisa while chatting about mental health.

The professional dancer had listened to Danny speaking how he had been receiving therapy for years due to battles with anxiety.

In heartbreaking scenes, Oti then told the group how her brother had taken his own life in his late teens.

Praising Danny for speaking out, Oti said: “I think it’s really good that you keep saying people must talk, especially young boys.

"I don’t think young boys tend to talk that much and the suicide rate is so high in young men especially, so I think it’s important that you keep telling people to talk about it.”

Oti Mabuse's glittering tv career

OTI Mabuse is a professional dancer who rose to fame on BBC One's Strictly Come Dancing.

She was born in Pretoria, South Africa, on August 8, 1990, but unlike many of the show's pro dancers, she did not start her path to professional dancing from a young age.

Oti studied civil engineering at university before embarking on a dancing career, following in the footsteps of her sister Motsi — nine years her senior — who is a professional ballroom dancer.

Oti joined Strictly in 2015 for its thirteenth series and was partnered with boxer Anthony Ogogo, but unfortunately did not make it past week three, finishing in 14th place.

Four years later, she won her first Glitterball Trophy with Kelvin Fletcher.

Oti then became the first professional to defend her Strictly crown, helping comedian Bill Bailey pull off a shock win in 2020.

Oti shocked fans in 2022 when she announced she was leaving Strictly.

Oti was also a panellist on The Masked Dancer, and took part Celebrity Bake Off 2024.

After she decided to step away from Strictly Come Dancing, she became a new judge on Dancing on Ice.

She then continued: “I had a brother who committed suicide when he was 16 and I think, if he had spoken to someone about what he was feeling, it would’ve been a different turnout.”

Oti, who was born in Pretoria in South Africa, explained: “Especially in our culture, we don’t really open up.”

The star found fame in the UK as a professional dancer on Strictly Come Dancing.

Her sister, Motsi Mabuse, is now a judge on the BBC show.
