THEY are some of the most famous women in the UK - but you’d be forgiven for doing a double take when you see their “lookalike” daughters.
Celebrities from Victoria Beckham to Kate Middleton are proving that having their “mini me” daughters is the ultimate asset for the family brand, according to an expert.
Fashion editor Amber Graafland told Fabulous: “Celebrity mums have been taking style tips from their mini me daughters in a bid to stay looking young.
“The latest trend for mother-daughter dressing has also become a powerful social media tool, proving to be incredibly popular on Instagram.
“Celeb mums and lookalike daughters are the ultimate red carpet power duo, garnering double the attention and, of course, double the likes.
“You only need to look at Victoria and Harper Beckham to see how powerful coordinating outfits can be.”
Here are some celebs who "daughter dupe", and their reasons for it…
Victoria Beckham & Harper
Having a fashion designer mum clearly has its advantages with Harper following in her well-heeled mother's footsteps.
And it turns out the Beckhams have begun moves to launch youngest child Harper into the spotlight and follow in her mum’s footsteps in a business sense too.
The Sun can reveal mum Victoria has incorporated a business called H7B Limited to funnel any future earnings for the youngster.
Amber stated: "When it comes to branding the Beckhams are the masters.
"No one surpasses Brand Beckham in their quest to conquer the world.
Harper wants seven figures
"For Victoria, on a personal level, having a daughter rounded off her family and made her happy.
"From a business perspective she has already stated that she's 'handing the baton over' to her daughter now and has enough of getting dressed up and being papped by photographers.
"Having a gorgeous young daughter to take over red carpet duties and expand the brand can only be a good thing."
Amanda Holden & Lexi and Hollie
A recent holiday photo of Amanda with daughters Hollie, 12, and Lexi, 18, revealed that not only do they look like their mother, but they dress like her too.
Amber shared: "In terms of star power and photo opportunities Amanda Holden has hit the jackpot as she has not one, but two mini mes.
"In terms of TV opportunities this could open a lot of doors in terms of appearances and hosting opportunities.

"Amanda has certainly opened up a whole new host of potentially lucrative modelling venues that her and her beautiful daughters could go down."
Amanda has always shared her pride in her daughters, with Storm Model Lexi celebrating her A-level results and getting into her first choice of university while they were away.
Lexi recently walked her first catwalk for Tran Hung and boasts over 30,000 Instagram followers, so she’s clearly learning a thing or two from her glam mum.
Princess Kate & Princess Charlotte
One of the most influential style icons in the world, Kate’s sartorial prowess is rivalled only by her nine-year-old daughter Princess Charlotte.
We recently saw Charlotte following in her mother’s stylish footsteps when she wore a smaller version of Kate’s floral Jess Collett x Alexander McQueen floral crown to King Charles' coronation.
Amber pointed out: “Charlotte is usually dressed in colours that twin with her mother.
"While dressing up her daughter must be fun, let's not forget that Princess Kate is part of a royal dynasty.
"By nurturing her daughter and making sure she is poised and well presented in front of the camera she is securing her family's position on the global stage.
"And let's be honest, Pictures of William and Kate with their children, especially when Charlotte is dressed like her mother, are far more likely to be appreciated and shared around the world. "
It looks like the Prince and Princess of Wales’ only daughter could be the biggest earner of their brood, as she’s worth more than brothers Prince George and Prince Louis.
According to Reader's Digest, Princess Charlotte is worth £3.8billion, based on the value she brings to the UK economy.
As with her fashionable mum and aunt, any clothes or shoes that the young tot wears becomes a sell-out success, with people rushing to replicate her style on their own kids.
Kate Middleton's 'golden rule' with George, Charlotte and Louis
KATE'S key rule for Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis is about kindness.
According to HELLO! Online's Royal Correspondent: "Based on observations of photographs of Princess Diana at the time, and the current Princess of Wales, they are both very affectionate with their children.
"Kate is often seen holding her children's hands or picking them up for cuddles when they were smaller.
"There are often lots of comforting gestures, such as a pat on the back or stroking their hair. When interacting with other children on her public engagements, Kate often crouches down to their level to engage with them – something that Diana would often do."
When she's at the family's home of Adelaide Cottage in Windsor, despite her royal status, insiders say Kate is just like any other "normal mum".
A friend explained that behind closed doors, the 42-year-old is "very chilled at home" but definitely not a pushover and will tell the kids off when needed.
They told PEOPLE: "It's a normal, busy family home with kids running around and knocking things over. There's no airs and graces.
"She is doing that to help her children be more grounded and keep their reality in check. That's what really matters to her."
Kate Moss & Lila
With Kate Moss for a mother, it is no surprise that Lila has inherited model looks.
Amber stated: “Now a successful runway model in her own right, Lila Moss shares her famous supermodel mother’s rock chic style.
"Lila has given Kate access to highly lucrative mother/daughter modeling opportunities.
" She has effectively doubled her star power and extended the life of her career as brands look to enlist both faces as they appeal to a younger and older demographic.
"For fashion and beauty brands this gives them a real edge."
We recently saw the duo both star in the Victoria's Secret fashion show, which Amber claims would have put them "undoubtedly in a position to negotiate higher fees as they came as a mother daughter package, representing both age spectrums in terms of customers."
The fashion expert added: "Similarly brands like Fendi will have seen their combined global influence when signing them up for a recent campaign."
Lila is the daughter of Kate and Dazed & Confused editor, Jefferson Hack, but her parents split in 2004, two years after she was born.
Trinny Woodall and Lyla Elichaoff
With her mother's designer wardrobe being to die for, Trinny’s daughter Lyla is fortunate enough to have access to some incredible clothes - but Trinny could also benefit from "twinning" with her 20-year-old double.
Amber explained: "A highly successful business woman thanks to her Trinny London cosmetics empire, Trinny is the beauty game and needs to appeal to a younger and older audience.
"Lyla taps into a younger and cooler crowd, introducing them to a brand that might not have been on their radar before.
"With 1.4 million followers on Instagram Trinny knows the power of community and puts a lot of her success down to her loyal Facebook Trinny Tribe.
"Lila has already amassed 25.2K followers, and while Trinny clearly adores hanging and travelling with her gorgeous daughter, adding these to her audience will be good for business."
Currently Lyla is studying communication and digital media at Madrid’s IE University, but reportedly loves spending time with her fashionable mother at her office just off the King’s Road.
She’s sure to be picking up a thing or two about the worlds of business and fashion.
Tess Daly and Phoebe
After twenty years at the helm of the BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing, it now seems that there is a new blonde in Tess Daly’s shadow - her daughter Phoebe.
Tess and her lookalike 19-year-old daughter stepped out in matching dark outfits and leather trousers for a shopping trip in Notting Hill at the weekend.
TV host Tess - who is known to millions for her presenting role on the BBC's flagship show Strictly - wore a baseball cap, while rarely-seen daughter Phoebe who is taller than her 5ft 9inch mother, wore a black polo neck with a draping scarf, offset with leather trousers.
Amber hailed the family resemblance between mother and daughter as being “striking.”
She added: "Tess has been very open about allowing her daughters to pursue their own careers.
"Tess doesn't include them on her social media channels and Phoebe has a modest 5,708 followers.
"However, as the mother and daughter continue to be photographed together it is highly likely that offers for joint projects will come rolling in, especially as Tess is a former model and her daughter has inherited her model looks."
Mel B & Phoenix Chi Brown
Mel B also has a lookalike daughter with Phoenix, 25, who is a reality star and influencer, and has over 97,000 followers on Instagram.
Her father is Mel’s first husband, the Dutch dancer Jimmy Gulzar.
Amber shared: "Former Spice Girl Mel B has tapped into a younger audience by opening up online discussions with Chi.
"Her World Mental Health content not only reached Mel B's staggering 1.7 million followers, but also reached her daughters younger, and more engaged audience of 97.5K followers.
"The mother daughter duo will also be appearing on Romesh Ranganathan's Parents Evening on ITV on Saturday night, giving Mel B a whole new TV opportunity."
