New details about Liam Payne's death have emerged.

In shocking news that has rocked fans worldwide, reports claim Liam Payne has tragically passed away following a horrific accident. The ex-One Direction heartthrob, aged just 31, was in his hotel room balcony in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where he is said to have fainted and tumbled from the third floor earlier this month.

Broadcast journalist Paula Varela stated: "There is footage that is not being released to the media with the balcony scene where you see that Liam faints and tragically because of where he is, falls from that balcony."

On Socios del Espectaculo, Varela elaborated: "It's not that he jumped deliberately. This footage is in the official case files. There's a lad who's being investigated, he was working nights at the hotel. He struck up an excellent relationship with Liam. He disobeyed an order from the hotel management. What was the order he disobeyed? It was not to take anything into Liam's room."

Liam's holiday in Buenos Aires turned to tragedy when he fell from a third-floor balcony at the CasaSur Palermo Hotel. In the wake of the heartbreaking incident, prosecutors hinted that Liam might have been "in a state of semi or total unconsciousness" during a drug-fueled 'psychotic episode', reports OK!.

Alberto Crescenti, the big boss of emergency medical services, spilled the tragic beans to Todo Noticias TV in Argentina: "A few minutes later [an] emergency team arrived and confirmed the death of this man who we later learned was from a musical group. He had injuries incompatible with life as a result of his fall. There was no way to do anything."

The toxicology report suggested that given how his body was found and the type of injuries he sustained, "it is presumed that Payne did not adopt a reflexive posture to protect himself and may have fallen in a state of semi or total unconsciousness."
