Travis Kelce won’t be able to support Taylor Swift at her next big event.

Sadly, with the busy life of an NFL player and a pop star, their schedules don’t always align, meaning they’re going to miss out on some things. Sadly for Trav, that includes this year’s Grammys ceremony. Yes, it was just announced on Friday that Tay Tay will be attending AND presenting an award this Sunday. The music industry’s big night is so many people’s favorite event of awards season, so it sucks for Trav — but such is life!

With the Super Bowl just around the corner, TMZ reports the Kansas City Chiefs player will be spending the weekend focusing on his team and his training as they prep for the big game. We mean, the Grammys are just a week out from their battle with the Philadelphia Eagles, so yeah, he’s got a lot of work to do in such little time. It’s the same situation as last year.
