Victoria Beckham snapped a topless photo of David as they hit the gym for their morning workout. David shared the shot on Instagram, showing off his toned body while doing lateral pulldowns. The former footballer captioned the post: “Good morning workout with my wife & her camera.”
Fans quickly flooded the comments section, with many simply posting red heart emojis in admiration. Some took it a step further, offering praise for the couple. One fan wrote: “David and Victoria, both of you are on fire.” Another commented: “Beckham doesn’t age, he levels up."
Fans also jokingly expressed their gratitude to Victoria for sharing the bare-chested shot of her beau. One wrote: “Thank you Victoria,” while another joked: “Posh, doing her bit for humanity!” A third said: “Victoria is doing God’s work, lemme tell y’all.”

Back in 2014, she shared with the Guardian that she starts her day with a 7k run on the treadmill at 5:30 a.m., followed by a tough hour-long session with her personal trainer. "Thirty minutes legs, 30 minutes arms, toning and conditioning, then loads of planks and that kind of thing for my core," she revealed. "I work out every day when I’m at home. It’s part of who I am now, and I really enjoy it."
Clinical nutritionist Suzie Sawyer told The Mirror that while it's great to work out, Victoria should factor in rest days after strenuous sessions. “If she does a really heavy training day or intensive cardio, she may need a rest day to allow her body to repair and recover, which is just as important,” explains Suzie.
In a 2019 interview with The Telegraph, it was revealed that Victoria eats up to four avocados a day for glowing skin. David added that her dinner choices are often grilled fish and steamed vegetables, which she rarely deviates from. While this diet is rich in omega-3 fatty acids and nutrients, Suzie advises that a variety of foods is key to maintaining a balanced diet. “The body needs 45 different nutrients in a day, including water, so a mono diet can lead to deficiencies.”

Victoria has also shared that she enjoys eating fresh fish, vegetables, salads, seeds, and nuts, while avoiding dairy. “I don’t eat too much fruit because it can make me feel bloated,” she said in a Net-A-Porter interview. “I am disciplined with my eating – that’s how I get the most out of my body.” She also avoids refined carbs, which are “practically a banned word for her,” according to an insider. While Suzie notes that some of Victoria's vegetables may contain carbs, she warns that it's important not to eliminate any major macronutrient from the diet.
Victoria often starts her day with a green smoothie, but Suzie stresses the importance of protein in the morning. “When you're ‘breaking the fast,’ you need some protein to balance your blood sugar levels,” Suzie advises.
