Christine Brown, AKA the first wife to ever leave Kody Brown, has written a memoir. It’s set to come out this fall, and is already scheduled to be released on loan in libraries across the USA.
Sister Wives saw Christine set a standard for her fellow cast members when she left Kody Brown. She left him years ago, followed by Janelle Brown, and then Meri. And she’s written all the gossip into a book!
Christine Brown’s book comes out this year
Christine Brown hasn’t announced she has a book coming out, but it’s been confirmed by a library. A Sister Wives viewer shared that her library’s directory already has a September 16 date lined up!
The book is available to be pre-ordered on Amazon already, despite the star keeping schtum. It’s called Sister Wife: A Memoir of Faith, Family, and Finding Freedom, and it’s 288 pages of pure gossip.
In the tell-all, Christine shares for the first time the journey that led her away from the Mormon church. The book doesn’t have a cover yet, especially as there’s eight months to go until it’s released.

She’s spilling all the goss on Kody Brown
Christine has written all about becoming Kody Brown‘s third wife in 1994, as well as finding the large family she shares with him. The book details tease a “darker truth” of being a Sister Wives star.
She’s said “it will be painful” and hinted it’ll be a lot different to the 2013 Becoming Sister Wives, which told the stories of how the family came together before it all came crashing down.
Since that book was written, Christine has decided to leave Kody in 2021 and is now married to a new man, David Woolley. She isn’t the only star writing a book, as Meri Brown hinted at a memoir once!
