What feud?
Jamie Foxx and Cameron Diaz proved all is good between them following a rumored rift that happened on the “Back in Action” set.
In a Netflix promo that was released Friday, the two sang about their 25-year friendship while promoting the upcoming Seth Gordon-directed film.
“Back in action! Back in action! Satisfaction! We’re back in action,” Foxx, 57, belted out while playing a grand piano. He then added, “People don’t even realize how long we’ve been friends,” as Diaz, 52, sat down beside him.
“It’s true,” she said in response. “Since we were in ‘Any Given Sunday’ together, which was in 1999. And now, we’re back in action, baby!”
Foxx pointed out that he and Diaz have “been friends since before Apple started making the iPod, and now they make the iPhone and not the iPod.”
Diaz then urged Foxx to “tell ’em what else happened,” prompting the multi-hyphenate to reply, “What else happened was Martha Stewart got super into weed and became best friends with Snoop [Dogg].”
The actress interjected, “I made four ‘Shrek’ movies,” before the actor emphasized, “We also did ‘Annie’ together.”
The pair co-starred in the 2014 film before Diaz stepped away from the entertainment business to start a family with her husband, Benji Madden, 45.
The couple — who wed in January 2015 — share daughter Raddix, almost 5, and son Cardinal, almost 9 months.
Foxx went on to say that he and Diaz “lived through so much” since they met, crooning, “We lived through keyboard cat, pizza rat, NFTs, DVDs, corn kid, bean dad, Salt Bae, left shark, pink sauce, Grimace Shake and ‘the dress.'”
“Oh, yeah, which was white and gold,” Diaz insisted, but to Foxx, the viral garment “was black and blue.”
In any event, the duo is “back together for another movie,” which will be available to stream on Netflix in January.

While filming the action-comedy flick last year, the US Sun reported that Foxx had a “major meltdown” and subsequently “sacked four of the production staff” members.
The Daily Mail then reported that Diaz would be quitting acting a second time because she “hates [the] drama and confrontation” that so often erupts on film sets, claiming, “This is why she retired from the business in the first place.”
Months later, however, the mom of two quieted speculation that Foxx was “making everything miserable” behind the scenes of “Back in Action,” which allegedly made her want to “never make another movie again.”
“Jamie is the best. I love that guy so much,” she explained on Molly Sims’ podcast in December 2023. “He’s such a special person, and he’s so talented. So much fun.”
Though Diaz did admit that there were some “hiccups” on set, she insisted that they were “natural things that happen.”
She added, “When I see and hear people trying to take another person down like that … [Jamie is] so classy. He’s like, ‘Nope. Just let them [talk].'”
