Who is in the cast of The Ultimatum Season 3 and where are they now?

IN season three of The Ultimatum we saw six couples test their love for one another, but where are they now?

Following a juicy reunion on December 18, 2024, we have the latest on who is still together and who has called it quits.

Zaina and J.R

Zaina, 32 and J.R, 33, swiped right on love three years ago.

Despite being synced in multiple ways, the topic of marriage had them butting heads.

J.R, troubled from past relationship experiences, feared commitment - whereas Zaina, ready to commit, brought him on the show.

Along the way J.R formed a close bond with another participant, Sandy.

We can now reveal Zaina and J.R are no longer together.

After not getting engaged on the show, Zaina explained how the pair attempted to work things out until J.R ghosted her.

J.R revealed he has sought therapy since the show and is continuing to work on himself.

Unlike Zaina's version of events, J.R claimed they didn't pursue their relationship after the show and he isn't interested in a future together.

Nick and Sandy

Meanwhile, Nick, 38, and Sandy 27, met two and a half years ago.

Their relationship blossomed from something causal to something more - however, Nick, who is ten years older, felt otherwise.

He revealed he was ready to settle down but worried Sandy wasn't - this led to him giving her the ultimatum.

As for their relationship status post show - Nick has been dating someone new, but Sandy remains single.

He says his new relationship is filled with "laughter, empathy, and clear communication".

For Sandy, the journey was a rocky one and she says learned more about herself than she could have imagined.

She has also sought therapy since the show.

When quizzed about why it didn't work out with J.R, Sandy replied: “That wasn’t something that I was looking for.”

“I do think that it got a bit clouded by our attraction to each other, but my whole intention throughout this process was to really explore my relationship with Nick, and that is what I did.

"We do genuinely have an underlying care and love for one another, regardless if we’re together in a partnership or not.”

Mariah and Caleb

Our third couple Mariah, 24, and Caleb, 29, entered the show because Mariah knew she wanted to marry Caleb.

Caleb on the other hand, was not so sure.

However, since the show, the couple revealed have rekindled their relationship.

After Mariah experienced the devastating loss of her mother, it put her Ultimatum experience into perspective and the pair are trying again.

Scotty and Aria

Our fourth couple, Scotty, 30, and Aria, 25, were together for three years.

Scotty gave Aria the ultimatum but she felt she would have to make professional sacrifices in order to make the marriage work.

But they have since parted ways after Aria rejected him at the engagement finale.

Aria explained how there is no bad blood between them but their priorities were not aligning.

Therapy has enabled Scotty to reflect on his relationship with Aria and he believes it's imperative that he's not the only one working on himself in a relationship.

Chanel and Micah

Chanel, 27, and Micah, 28, our fifth couple of the season, entered the show on Chanel's initiative.

The 27-year-old gave her boyfriend the ultimatum as she felt, after two-and-a-half years, they needed to become stronger.

After just a few days into the show, the couple made an abrupt exist and chose not to attend the reunion.

However, they appear to be very much in love, as photos on Instagram show.

Vanessa and Dave

For Vanessa, 30, and Dave, 34, it was simply a matter of when.

Vanessa put Dave to the test, but really all he needed was time, and since the show he has proposed.

The pair have bought a home, made major career advancements and are more in love than ever before.

What is The Ultimatum?

The Ultimatum is a show that's designed to prompt couples to either marry eachother or move on.

Hosts, Nick Lachey and Vanessa Lachey take the couples on an eight-week course which sees couples split, choose new partners, and even move in together.

The series has aired for three seasons, with the latest season being released on December 4, 2024.

Episodes nine to 10 were released on December 18, 2024 which included a juicy reunion.
