Jennifer Aniston might be in her best era yet!
With a firm hold on the entertainment industry and The Morning Show a critical and commercial success, the 55-year-old actress is living her dream. Her A-list friend group is tight, and she’s always prioritized her health and fitness. She’s been able to maintain cordial — in fact, rather warm — friendships with her ex-husbands, too.
Aniston has made sure to stay on good terms with both Brad Pitt and Justin Theroux, according to Us Weekly. One source told the outlet, “It doesn’t feel good to harbor anger and resentment.” A second insider added, “Jen’s moved on from her past relationships without hard feelings. She doesn’t burn bridges.”

It would have been understandable if the Friends star felt angry at Pitt for moving very quickly into a relationship with Angelina Jolie. That love triangle played out for years in the press as Jolie was portrayed as the evil mistress and Aniston was the forlorn ex-wife when it was Pitt’s mess to begin with. In her iconic 2006 Vanity Fair interview, Aniston talked about her moments “of anger, of hurt, of embarrassment” over the end of her marriage, but she also offered Pitt some grace.
“I love Brad; I really love him. I will love him for the rest of my life. He’s a fantastic man,” she said kindly. “I don’t regret any of it, and I’m not going to beat myself up about it. We spent seven very intense years together; we taught each other a lot—about healing, and about fun. We helped each other through a lot, and I really value that. It was a beautiful, complicated relationship.“
As for Theroux, he’s been quite protective about Aniston even years after their split in 2017. In early September, Theroux backed her criticism of Republican Party vice-presidential candidate J.D. Vance and slammed against “childless cat ladies.” He appreciated her candor on the hot topic. “She is still very dear to me so of course, yeah, I feel protective. But she battled criticism, as well she should,” he told The Times. The Leftovers star will always have her back even as he embarks on his new life with fianceé Nicole Brydon Bloom.
Aniston’s journey with love might not have a perfect ending, but she’s found a way to give them beautiful chapters along the way.
