Former Love Island star Zara McDermott seems to be moving on, after her split from ex-Made In Chelsea star Sam Thompson last month, after five years together.
Looking stunning as she posted a video on TikTok to mark the start of a month-long escape to Thailand, Zara, 28, filmed herself sitting cross-legged in a pair of pyjama bottoms on a hotel bed, as she happily taste-tested a variety of typical Thai snacks from a local store.
Revealing she had arrived in the South East Asian country as she kicked off her video, she admitted to fans: "To be honest, I have not slept in two days because I was travelling here to Thailand. And I feel like I'm in a dream right now, that's how tired I am. But I managed to get the energy to go over to 7-Eleven and I picked myself up some stuff. So, let's do a haul."

If you know me, you know I love cake. Like, cake is my thing. I'm obsessed with cake. Anything cake, cream... and this is a delightfully, spongey level of amazingness."
Zara's exciting Thai trip comes after it was revealed at the beginning of January that she and Sam had called it a day, as it emerged that the TV favourites had spent the festive season apart, before Zara packed her bags and moved out of their shared London home.
Sam's Christmas Day post - which he later deleted - came under fire as it was felt he'd made a sly dig at his ex, after he wrote: "Bit of a different Christmas this year... What could have been another standard Christmas has turned out to be one that I’ll never forget!" At the time, Zara had replied with a love heart and kisses, penning: "So proud of you, it’s so lovely that you chose to give up your Christmas Day to help others."

A real tough month. I did charity on Christmas Day. Well, I was alone so I thought.." Strictly star Pete added: "My favourite message from you was when I asked, 'How was your Christmas' and you replied, 'It was like being in a Christmas tomb'."
Though they've gone their separate ways, Zara and Sam still appeared together on TV in an episode of Michael McIntyre's Big Show, two weeks ago - filmed before their split, as the former couple took part in the funnyman's Midnight Game Show. Though she didn't tag Sam in her post, Zara shared a clip of the hilarious appearance on her Insta stories, asking fans to watch the show as she wrote: "We literally thought we were being burgled!"
